"Please sit..." said the man as he gestured for them to sit.

Nin Li and William sat down.

"Would either of you like some grapes? I must say they are very sweet." said the man.

"No thank you..." replied Nin Li

William nodded refusing as well.

"Your loss..." replied the man.

"Manager is there something you need from us? We were actually on our way out." replied Nin Li.

"Please call me Ken..." replied Ken

"Very well, Ken-" said Nin Li but was interrupted.

"How did you do it?" asked Ken.

"Excuse me?" replied Nin Li

"Quiet darling, I wasn't talking to you. I was talking to the kid there..." said Ken with a serious face as he pointed at William.

"Kid... what kid?" replied William acting confused.

"You can stop pretending kid... This is a gambling establishment people are always trying to cheat. So of course we have several individuals who use observation and visual type spells." replied Ken

"I didn't cheat." replied William.

"Oh I know that, if you did. We'd be having a very different conversation. So I'll ask again, how did you do it?" asked Ken

"I just bet on whoever had the highest betting ratio, because I knew if Toku won I'd win more." replied William.

"You think I brought you up here, because of a fight where you won a measly fifteen high tier soul stones. I'm not interested in that nonsense..." replied Ken

"You're not? What else is there?" asked William.

"You avoided all of the impossible to win rigged game tables, and won in all the tables that had even the most minimal chance of winning. Even some of the ones we thought were rigged, but you managed to win on them. Through a slight loop hole we failed to notice no less, which gave you less than a 1% chance of winning." replied Ken

"I didn't win all of them, I lost plenty of times as well." replied William.

"Not only did every time you lost, you bet a small amount but you also only lost in the tables in which actually had a higher chance of winning. My guess is because they were the only tables which allowed you to bet and lose the smallest amount, you really couldn't have been more obvious kid." replied Ken

William was shocked, he thought losing a few times would be enough. He didn't think the amount he bet and which tables he lost at mattered.

"Manager Ken, if you say that you know we didn't cheat then-" said Nin Li but was interrupted before she could finish her sentence.

"I don't remember saying you could speak, do it again and I'll have your tongue removed." replied Ken

Nin Li was surprised and looked at William with a worried face.

"As my friend Julia was saying, if you say that you know we didn't cheat. Then what more can I tell you other than I got lucky." replied William

"Luck you say... If it truly were luck then, why is it you didn't seem surprised when you won all those times?" asked Ken

"Surprised...?" replied William

"When you've worked in the gambling business long enough, there's one sure way to know when someone is winning by luck or something else. That is... The look of surprise when they win... and the lack of surprise for those who don't win by luck." replied Ken.

"I was surprised, I was smiling and laughing with my friend Julia" replied William.

"Being happy that you won and being surprised that you won are two different things" replied Ken.

"I-" said William but was interrupted.

"Cut the crap, tell me how you did it? Was it one of my employees, did they tell you which ones are rigged? I know I've never seen either of you here before, so you couldn't have scouted the area without inside help." said Ken

"William, unless you cheated. You have to tell him how you won or we are not getting out of here." said Nin Li via voice transmission.
