It was late afternoon by the time Ba Yue has gotten home. She went straight to her bedroom and starts refining some more pills until dinnertime.
Ba Yue has just reached the dining room when she noticed Mak Lok Son is also here. He was setting up the table with food while he talks to Master Ba.
"Lok Son, you are here. What brings you over today?" asked Ba Yue with a nice tone in her voice. She's very happy that she made money today so everything and everyone she sees is nice and all good.
"Little Yue, you told me I can come over before, remember? And I also want you to eat the yummy food that I made for you. I cooked steam chicken wrap with lotus leaf, Hot and spicy beef with tofu, sweet and sour fried fish, and a lot more. I know you like those, hurry and eat up!"
"Ah Yue, Lok Son came over not too long after you come home today. Since you locked yourself up in your room doing something, he didn't want to bother you. He went straight to the kitchen with his guard and starts cooking for you, "said Master Ba.
"I didn't know you were coming over today. But thank you for cooking so much food here! Come on, let's all eat before it gets cold." Ba Yue pick up her chopstick to pick a piece of chicken and placed into Lok Son's bowl and gave him a smile. She then also pick up another piece of chicken and placed in her father's bowl and then she starts eating.
Seeing Ba Yue placed food in his bowl for the first time and gave him a smile, Mak Lok Son can't help but have a big smile on his face. He feels that all the hard work he puts into cooking for Ba Yue is so worth it.
After dinner, Ba Yue went to the library to read some more books regarding how to refine mid-grade pills. She has already read it before, but want to read it again to make sure she's not missing anything.
By the time she finished reading the book, it's already very late at night. She went back to the room, but what surprised her was that there was light in her room. She walked into the room and went toward her bed and noticed someone is sleeping in her bed!
"WHO ARE YOU! AND WHY ARE YOU IN MY BED!" said Ba Yue in a slightly loud and cold voice. She didn't want to say it too loud to wake up others since it's very late now.
The person sleeping on her bed was facing the wall, so Ba Yue wasn't able to see who that person is. The person sleeping on her bed suddenly wakes up from hearing her voice. It was Mak Lok Son and he is half awakened by Ba Yue's voice.
"Little Yue, I didn't see you after dinner and my future father in law said that you are in the library reading books. He said I can stay and wait for you. I thought I can warm up the bed for you since it's cold tonight, that way you won't feel cold when you get into your bed. But I waited a long time and you're still not back yet, so I fell asleep."
He's rubbing his eyes with his right hand, as he gets up from the bed. Mak Lok Son is a very handsome man, so handsome that it's hard not to look at him. But the face of him waking is not only beautiful but also very cute!
"Lok Son, it's not right for you to sleep in an unmarried girl's bed. Do not do that again!"
"Little Yue, you are my future bride, so it's okay."

"Well…...actually, there was a "situation" and I had to form a contract with her. I didn't want to start speaking in front of her and let her know too much if we didn't have a master and beast contract formed, so....."

Little Red walked toward the end of Ba Yue's bed to sleep. There's a small basket with a blanket inside, it was placed there by Ba Yue for Little Red to use as his temporary bed.
The next morning, Ba Yue woke up very early to go outside for training as she usually does like before. She hasn't train much since the competition. When she left the residence, a shadow followed her out. The shadow was Gao Sing, ordered by Mak Lok Son to go follow Ba Yue to make sure she is safe.
Gao Sing is the guard that Mak Lok Son brought with him to the Ba residence and also the one that helps him cook in the kitchen. We now know that Gao Sing works for Mak Lok Son, so Mak Lok Son is the man with the mask!
Ba Yue trained like usual and comes back early before anyone wakes up. She washed up and then head toward the dining room for breakfast.
"Good Morning, Little Yue! Did you sleep well? I made breakfast for you, it's your favorite steam bun with meat filling, water crab congee, sticky rice stick, steamed egg custard, and a lot more!"
Ba Yue just start drooling when she heard what's for breakfast.
"How did you know those were my favorite food for breakfast?"
"I asked my future father in law yesterday and he told me all your favorite food. Come on, let's start eating before it gets cold."
"Lok Son worked very hard to make all this food. Let's enjoy it, ah Yue. We can't waste Lok Son's hard work, plus all the food he made so far is very good!" Said Master Ba as he first starts to pick up his chopsticks to eat.
"Lok Son, your food is very good and I really like eating it. But don't you have anything else to do?" Says Ba Yue as her right hand is reaching out for the sticky rice stick. After taking a bite of it, she has the word satisfy all over her face.
Seeing her satisfied face after eating his food, he's also satisfied. There's a saying that said, "to tie down a man, you will first need to tie down his stomach." What it means is that, use food to make it so that the man can't leave you. But instead of using food to tie down a down man, Mak Lok Son is using food to tie down his Little Yue!"

Ba Yue's too busy stuffing her face with the yummy food in front of her to hear what Lok Son just say. Even though the chefs at Ba residence cooks very delicious food already, but Lok Son food is even better! She can't seem to get enough of it.

After breakfast, Mak Lok Son said that it was time for him to return home for now. He leaves with his guard, and they left with his horse carriage. Mak Lok Son sat inside the horse carriage, while his guard, Gao Sing is driving the horse carriage.
"Master, are we going back to the palace right now?"
"No, go to our headquarters." Said Mak Lok Son, as he puts on a silver mask on his face. His hair then starts to change color, it was originally black and it's now turning to silver-white. His eyes also changed from black to a very pretty blue color. He is like a completely different person now, his innocent eyes and smile are no more. What's left is coldness seen in his eyes and an expressionless face.
If Ba Yue were to see him now, she'll probably not recognize him as Mak Lok Son. But she will probably remember him as the man with the mask that gave her medicated cream for her wound when she was training in the Black Forest!
An hour later, the horse carriage has arrived at a hidden place just outside of the town. It is a very big mansion surrounded by the woods. At the front door, there are 2 men dressed in black with a logo of an eagle on their arm sleeves.
"Welcome back! Your majesty, the ghost king!" Said the two men that were guarding the front door as they opened the big front door for their master who has just returned.
