I hear his voice again as he talk of the past, but this time the images flashed before me weren't made out of a blurred vision, this time I knew that those were memories that I've long forgotten. He was that boy, the one I looked upon. The one who helps me in every possible way.

That little boy was my brother.

But now, the man beside me is my big brother.

I opened my eyes, and notice our intertwined hands. He didn't let go of me. I observe him carefully. And it's like I'm looking at a male version of myself like how the little me look at him before.

His eyes are still closed, he's wearing a thin-line sad smile, I am no longer listening to him. But I'm trying to memorize his face. A small curve made its way to my lips. Ah, how good it feels to finally have my brother back.

A tear escape his eye and so I reach for it and wipe it off, it's my turn now to do what he always do before. His eyes fluttered open like he's looking at the clear blue sky, wherein sunlight peaks from the leaves of the chamomile tree. He smiled again, then he looks at me, instantly I smiled back.

His hand held mine a little tighter than earlier. Then his gaze fell in front of us where two of the most important persons in our lives are buried, intertwined till death do them part.

"Mother... Father... Look, your children are here to visit you."

Tears fell from his eyes uncontrollably, he was suppressing it from falling earlier, but he's showing it freely now. Like saying how vulnerable a person is, if he's crying. I stared at the graves. My parents have been gone for long now, yet there's a little justice that's served. My brother might have let some of our relatives die, but we still have a good number of enemies left.

"Mother... Father... Forgive me for I have only brought Dee here today. It's been a long time since we were together. We've missed you both. I finally have fulfilled my promise, I've finally gotten my little sister back, out little princess. Rest assured, for the next years she'll be safe."

"Big brother..." He looked at me, then he smiled even if he was crying. There's a portion in my heart that aches when I see him cry. I don't want to see him hurt. I leaned over and hug my brother.

Finally I'm home...
