Ryu's words seemed to carry an indescribable power to it, it was like an imperial edict. Najenda felt like a mere ant before Ryu, she tried to resist but deep inside her heart she only wanted to kneel before him and show her respect to him.
Ryu took back his will, Najenda gulped hard after Ryu released the pressure on her. For once in her heart she felt like that person could lose.
' She isn't capable of this, to defeat me by using his intent alone..... '

Ryu and Madara decided to stroll along the capital. On the outside it seems like the capital is a well off, flourishing place but behind this facade resided the cruelty of power and greed.
Even someone as cold and uncaring as Madara felt disgust and anger sensing such scene. If Madara felt this way then there isn't a need to describe Ryu's mood at this point.
As an Uzumaki he could feel emotions and right now his senses were filled with screams and despair of people. Ryu felt his head ache from all that noise, his eyes became cold and cruel. Without any sign a ripple spread out from him.
Madara didn't react and walked along, he knew of Ryu's character. Most times he wouldn't seek out justice but those that he see..... he would never leave it as it is.
Several screams echoed from all directions, guards were panicking and running everywhere.
Just moments ago when a ripple spread from Ryu, several high officials who were busy torturing and killing for fun suddenly died. This caused a panic among the guards, they quickly reported this to the higher ups.
Ryu and Madara walked without a care. Along the way several more deaths occured, Ryu's destination was a large building surrounded by high fences and heavily guarded.
Madara didn't speak a word, he silently walked along with him. The guards saw two people wearing strange clothes walk towards their direction and yelled
" F**k off peasants! This here is the Punishment Building!! "
Madara didn't bother and swiped his hands. The guards that just yelled at him got their heads cut off and fell down.
Both of them stepped inside the building, the rest of the guards saw what Madara did and attacked but.....
Madara " Bunch of ants...
Flames sparked to existence, these flames engulfed every one of incoming attackers and turned them to ash. Ryu and Madara walked among the flames like Gods.
The rest of the guards felt their heart turn cold...
" Teigu Users!! They are Teigu users!! Run!! "
Like headless flies, the remaining guards ran with all their strength. They wished to have more limbs so that they could run even faster. But no matter how fast they ran.....
" Aaaahhhh!!! "
" Please let me live!! Please!! "
Wails echoed through the surrounding. Madara wasn't a kind man, he turned every last one of them into ashes. They didn't stop and went inside.
The moment they stepped in, the view of cruel torture laid before their eyes. Woman were being whipped and raped. Men were being boiled inside a cauldron...
Ryu had already sensed what was happening but seeing such a scene his expression turned even colder.

The people inside had already heard the commotion outside. They have also seen how these two strolled along and killed every guard without batting an eye.
Ryu snapped his fingers. The people inside, the ones who were torturing men and women were sliced into a bloody mess. He then waved his hands, all these injured people were covered in a green glow and brought up. Ryu froze the entire place into an ice room.
Some of these people had serious wounds while some had bruises all over their body. Ryu healed them all using his Chaos energy.

The entire room was blasted open. Four figured wearing military clothes intertwined with black and white jumped inside.
Ryu didn't even move, all the rubble flying towards him and the others stagnated in mid air and turned to dust. He looked back and saw a woman wearing a cap stand Infront with two men and a petite woman stand behind her.
" Hoo, Ice. I never knew there was another Teigu with the same nature as mine."
Madara and Ryu didn't reply or rather they completely ignored her. Ryu focused on healing the people before him.
The woman narrowed her eyes seeing the two before her show complete discard towards her. Her pride took a hit, noone had ever shown such arrogance towards her before.
She said to her subordinates " Kill them."

Three of them attacked, two went towards Ryu while the petite woman attacked Madara. But before the men could get close to Ryu...
