Zel Barks was an astute man. Years of experience allowed him to judge a person's worth from how they carried themselves.

While watching Ryu he found the man to be carefree and relaxed but deep within that facade hid something that made him afraid but at the same time he found the bearings of a powerhouse.

" Have a seat Mr Ryu."

" Thanks."

Ryu sat down with a smile. He assessed the man before him, calm, collected and intelligent.

Zel held a kettle sitting next to his desk and poured a cup of tea before offering it to Ryu.

" Have some Mr Ryu. This is the best Green Leaf Tea we have."

Ryu held the tea in his hands and took in the slight aroma it gave off. Having a sip Ryu raised an eyebrow, It wasn't particularly strong but just the aroma was able to bring a soothing feeling to him.

" Good Tea."

" Haha, Thank You sir. That's the best grade Tea we have. So Sir, you are here to sell weapons? "

" Hmm, yes. I have few and I would like them to be appraised. If the price is right we can continue our chat."

" Of course. Barks Forge is the best shop in Merchants Town when it comes to Weapons."

Ryu nodded and waved his hand. Six weapons appeared out of nowhere and was neatly placed on the table. Three were swords, one was a Spear, one a short Dagger and the last one a pair of Gauntlets.

All six weapons had a slight glow to them. Zel nearly had his eyes pop out when he saw these six weapons. He took up a sword and traced his hand over its blade.

Shock was written all over his face. His hands were trembling as he held the sword. He looked at Ryu and asked

" Do you really want to sell all of them? "

" Yes."

" Really? "

" Yes."

" Absolutely? "

" Yes."

Ryu was amused seeing Zel's reaction. The man had a calm and collected aura when he first met him like no matter what happened he wouldn't lose his cool. But now..... he was acting like a kid who got his favourite candy.

" What do you think? "

" No problem!! These are Grade 5 Immortal Weapons! And Best grade at that!! Don't worry, I have a plan to get you the best price but I have a request."

" Hmm? "

" I will place all six of them up for auction. Everything will be taken care of by us, we will only take 3 percent for each sale. However I would like to request any future trade to be done through us as well."

Ryu thought for a while and agreed. This world is where all of them planned to considerably increase their strength before resuming their adventure, so he didn't find any need to jump around all the time just to make money.

Only after coming here did he understand the importance of money. Gold and the likes were useless to warriors, maybe useful to women as jewellery but absolutely useless for anything else.

Spiritual stones and Cores were the currency from here on out. So he decided to stock pile them as well.

" That's great. Please wait till I make preparations for the Auction. In the meantime you can have a rest in our hotel."

Zel handed Ryu a Token for the inn they owned. Having said his farewell Ryu walked around the city and found several interesting items.

After some exploring Ryu found Hisoka walking leisurely while eating a piece of dried meat.

" How was it? "

" Not bad. Heaven Alliance is stronger than we expected, this city has two Golden Immortals and that's on the surface. We don't know if there is a stronger existence hiding within."

" Hmm, it's a guarantee that there is another existence stronger than Golden Immortals."

" So? "

" Wait for a week. I have sold few of my weapons but it would take a week for me to get the Crystals."

Hisoka shrugged. He was fine with anything.

Zel was a good merchant. He mobilised all of his connections and announced an Auction taking place in a week. The Auction only had six items.

Normally such a number in an Auction would atmost be qualified as a small among small Auctions. Most people were either confused or scoffed at Barks Forgers for putting up such a show.

But as soon as the items up for Auction was revealed the entire City was set ablaze. Within minutes after the information was send out every major power within the city made contact with Barks Forgers to make a private deal.

Ryu was surprised when he saw the commotion the Auction caused. Then he understood.

What was up for grabs were Grade 5 Immortal weapons and Best Grade at that. Immortal weapons weren't scarce but above Grade 4 was another story.

According to what Ryu understood from Zel, any Immortal Weapon above Grade 3 would have a weapon spirit. Not that anything below doesn't, but only above Grade 3 would a warrior be able to further merge his energy with the weapon and boost their attack power.

First three Levels are called the Initial Grade, 4 - 6 are called Mid Grade and 7 - 9 are called High Grade. Each Level is also graded as Low, High and Best.

Higher the grade, higher the integration, higher the boost in power.

As each day passed Merchant city got crowded. City's transfer arrays were working nonstop bringing in guests from all around. Even people from the Ten Great Sects of Heaven Alliance was present.

A wave of discussions were happening all over the city.

Who put the weapon for sale? Did a GrandMaster Blacksmith appear in Merchants City? Who was it? What Grade Blacksmith was he?

These questions were the most prominent ones. Zel was smiling from ear to ear for the past few days. His assistant even suspected whether his facial structure changed due to excessive smiling.

Finally, after much waiting the day of Auction was here.
