As Katie drops her phone she is so excited and filled with energy that she doesn't really know how to release it.
Ever since she got into work today she received emails from various new clients asking for outfits and ordering the most expensive ones available. All forms of socialites and second generation heir ordering perfectly designed suits and dresses probably for their multiple lovers.
Even their recently opened and previously unpopular retail branch is now filled with customers. At the rate at which people are buying from Starlight very soon they will run out of stock.
Katie gets up excitedly taking with her the sales reports and the current state of her company as she walks out her office.
Because their company is still small, apart from her and Cindy they only have a secretary who also stands as Katie assistant and a designer who assist Cindy they have no other employees.
Katie walks towards the design studio where Cindy is trying to finish the orders they have.
"Cindy, you won't believe how high the sale report from the shop is? We have been open for a while but people are finally noticing how great you designs are." Katie excitedly informs Cindy.
"Katie I'm so glad, we have been open for almost a year now but we finally have results. I have you thank, you gave up a great job at JZ enterprises just to help me fulfill my dreams" Cindy says with a choked up voice and teary eyes.
"Cindy don't be like that, we've always been a team and we always help each other. And without your amazing talent all of these won't be possible." Katie looks helplessly at Cindy trying to console her.
"With your design and my management we will certainly fulfill all our dreams, I promise you."
"Boss here is your lunch" the assistant who has been standing by the door trying not to disturb the ladies sweet moment walks in with their meals.
"Thank you so much Xiao Mie… anything else"
"Yes, the manager at our branch shop called a while ago, she said she had to close for the day."
"Why what happened, I thought sales was doing well." Katie begins to feel uneasy
"Everything is fine, she said that they are out of stock and there won't be more until tomorrow so they had to close for the day" Xiao Mie excitedly informs them
"What... We ran out? That's" Katie and Cindy are completely speechless
"Boss it's all thanks to you and your skills, it's probably the advertisement we've been doing"
"Hahahah, you don't actually believe that do you?" they were so engrossed n their conversation that they didn't notice the man that walked in.
