Just as Napoleon was shaking with fright, Zhao Yao hooked his finger and said, “Ares, come here.”
Ares whizzed to the Dimension Portal. “I don’t want to be eaten! I don’t want to die! My flesh is not delicious!”
Ares ran for a few meters before Zhao Yao caught his tail and dragged him back slowly.
“Did you see how fat you are? I’m unable to afford your voracious appetite. Your action of cutting other cats’ fur is deplorable and you messed up the island. I’ll make barbecue cat meat out of you.”
Seeing another supercat being sent into the kitchen, Napoleon was so shaken that he could not stop his teeth from chattering. His tail curled up into a bundle and he peed a large pool of urine on the ground.
“What shall I do? What shall I do? What shall I do?”
“Will I be eaten? Will I be eaten? Will I be eaten? Will I be eaten? Will I be eaten?”
“I’m going to die! I’m going to die! I’m going to die!!!”
The panicked Napoleon was repeating himself in a low voice like a broken record.
An apostle asked, “Napoleon, do you know what they’re talking about? Is this guy Zhao Yao? If he is, shout once. If not, shout twice…”
“D*mn shouting! Why did you drag me to Cat Island?” Napoleon was so angry that he broke into tears. “I was doing well as Elvis in university and you forced me to come to Cat Island. I didn’t find my Elizabeth. Instead, I will be eaten!”
Napoleon became sadder the more he thought and became a wailing cry baby with mucus on his nose and face full of tears. “Whoo-hoo!”
Latte, who was beside Matcha, gaped in fear. He pushed Matcha and pointed at Zhao Yao. Then he pushed Matcha and pointed at Zhao Yao again.
“Maaaaa… tcha!”
“Someone ate a cat!!”
Matcha turned his head, restrained the terrified Latte and said, “Don’t say a word! Don’t attract Zhao Yao’s attention! Follow me and look at your own paws as if nothing happened.”
“But, but! He’s going to eat a cat!! ”
“Don’t worry Latte. He’s scaring them. He won’t eat them,” Matcha said. “You must endure this and remain calm. Even if he doesn’t eat the cats, if we are being targeted, who knows what Zhao Yao’ll do.”
After dealing with Dust Ball and Ares, Zhao Yao looked at Cheese, Diana, and Elizabeth, whose fur was cut. He asked with concern, “Are you alright? Did you have a cold or are you running a fever? If you’re sick, I can only make stewed cat meat out of you.”
Elizabeth, who was lethargic because of the anesthesia, quickly shook her head frantically. “I’m alright. I’m perfectly fine! I’m feeling cool after the fur cut and very comfortable too!!”
“It’s a pity. Stewed cat meat with catmint is delicious.” Zhao Yao showed a hint of regret. He looked at Matcha and asked, “Matcha, Elizabeth and Diana said you cut their fur and Dust Ball said you burnt the catmint farm. What do you have to say?”
Matcha froze as his hind legs became weak. He fell to the ground, unable to stand up.

“Why… why do I feel so frightened? Hey, is your plan foolproof? Will Zhao Yao eat the both of us?”
“What plan?” Roly Poly was puzzled. “Why would Zhao Yao eat me? I have just accomplished a great feat for him. I restored order to Cat Island.”
“You forgot you…” Project X was stunned as he spoke. “Roly Poly was too calm. He always communicate with me telepathically. Even if he suppressed himself, he could not be so calm… unless…”
“Did he erase his memory?”
“Did Caesar do it?” Project X looked at Caesar from Roly Poly’s eyes. “If the thoughts of Caesar were being read… wait… Caesar’s memories must be erased. If Roly Poly’s memories were erased and Caesar’s memory of erasing Roly Poly’s memory was erased, then the plot will become a complete secret. Did Roly Poly think of this… when did he do that?”
“Why didn’t I detect it? Unless!!”
Project X looked surprised at Roly Poly, “I’m unable to detect because my memories were erased.”
“Why didn’t he erase more of my memories? Why did he leave snippets of his plot…”
“Did he intentionally place the memories with me? Because I’m hidden in his subconscious and Sheriff’s unable to read his subconscious, so he placed his plot with me?”
“To prevent Sheriff from reading his thoughts, Roly Poly used me as his memory backup.” Project X thought. “Roly Poly might be able to…”
Midnight entered and sent a large pot of braised meat to Zhao Yao.
“Boss, this is today’s braised cat meat.”
He opened the lid and fragrance pervaded the air. Pieces of braised meat floated on top of the soup.
All the supercats were in a state of fear and suspicion.
“Did Dust Ball become braised meat?”
“I don’t think so. If it is, Zhao Yao is too…”
“You are efficient Midnight.” Zhao Yao tasted the meat with his chopsticks. He chewed as he said, “The meat’s smooth and fragrant. It’s better than pork and it tastes like beef.”
Under the fearful gaze of the supercats, Zhao Yao continued eating the meat and said to Napoleon, “What are you doing on Cat Island?”
Napoleon was more fearful than the other supercats. He peed as he wailed. “I didn’t want to come! They forced me to come here! I knew Caesar’s family and I grew up with Elizabeth!”
“Don’t eat me! I’m your cat! I’m your cat!”
Zhao Yao looked at Elizabeth and asked curiously, “You grew up together?”
“I don’t know him.” Elizabeth turned her head away coldly. “He was singing a different tune when he met me. He said he’s going to capture all the cats on the island. He was not leaving any cats behind.”
