The first thing Dr Wang did was manipulate the bones of the Zhang heiress, as a temporary fix to the invasive procedure that he didn't have time to do. Only after that could he attach the skin graft to gaping hole on her right thigh whose appearance was that of beefy red meat. The not so pleasant sight was reworked by the doctor at such short notice, in one hand was the dark blue rubber thread while the other hand held a silver metal short surgical scissors to nip the end of the last tie of the thread. Heaving with exhaustion, Dr Wang had to placed both gloved hand dyed by blood at the edge of the table, gripping the cold solid steel firmly to keep from dropping down in fatigue.

What followed his announcement was not praise from Guo Ru, but a command to do more. Yang Lin's gaze remained on the still form of Zhang Mi, not revealing the anguish in his heart. The doctor's eye widened in fear, not knowing what else was going to be asked of him, at the back of his mind, he kept praying despite not being a religious person at heart. The thought of losing his medical license that he worked so hard to get caused the doctor to break out in cold sweat. He didn't know where else he would start from, taking care of patients was all he knew before specializing to become a surgeon, he still owed some money from his degree and the mortgage on the nice home he had not too far from the hospital. Taking on so many cases with little sleep in between was wearing out the once vibrant medical graduate of almost four years.

"Dr Wang think carefully before you reply to what I'm going to ask you. You see that scary looking man over there? You don't want to annoy him, or else it would be your brain matter scattered everywhere with your cold body left in this room for someone to find. Did I make myself clear enough for you?!"

Suddenly the doctor began trembling in fear, clutching at the table as though his very life depended on it.

"I'm waiting for you, what will it be?"

Not a single trace of color remained on his face, with trembling lips which had very little color, he responded to the threat, "I'll do what you ask, just don't hurt me or anyone else!"

"Miss Zhang needs to die but not really die. Is there a way to make that happen?"

Dr Wang understood what the other man asked of him, making a person appear as though they were dead was not his expertise, but it wasn't completely impossible to achieve. As he thought more about it, his trembling slowly subsided, he looked at the still sedated body of his patient and wondered why she had to go through that, despite having a busy life as a surgeon, he still made time to watch the news once in awhile. When he saw the case file of the patient he was going to be operating on, it came as a surprise when he saw it was the heiress of Zhang Corporation, he knew her from afar and was a little taken aback to see her at such an humble hospital instead of the likes of Shupei medical where he knew catered to her kind. On second thought, it made sense that she was receiving care at HuaQu hospital, because she just got out of jail and may not have gotten her life on track so soon.

"But why?! Who are you people! What do you have against her?!"

The thought flew out of Dr Wang's mouth before realizing the stupidity of his action, he saw the hand movement of Yang Lin and thought he was going to fire a shot at him.

"Please! I'm sorry! I wasn't thinking straight! I'll come up with something that will mimic her demise!"

Fear often amplify a simple action to become something more, a simple movement of the arm may be interpreted as a threatening move, in this case Yang Lin wasn't going to shoot the doctor, but was only straightening his body's position.

A glass cabinet containing medications for surgery was to the right side of the metal table where the Zhang heiress laid, this was usually where the Anesthesiologist will stay in the event of a surgery, but since there was no one to carry out anesthesia or administer medication, Dr Wang was the only qualified person in the room to do so. The operating room was brightly lit with the standard equipment in place, monitors faced away from the cabinet, with the cabinet behind it. Pulling on the solid plastic dark handle to reveal the meds inside. Dr Wang took a med from the "caine" family and another from the "lam" family making a cocktail of both medication, he also added another med which had attributes of two metals. Drawing equal amount of the three medications, before gently turning the syringe back and forth to mix it adequately. Although scared of what he was about to do, knowing it was a crime that was punishable by life imprisonment if the heiress died in the process of his experiment. What choice did he have, it was either his dead body on the floor or hers and if he was to choose one, the answer was clearly obvious, that is he would rather choose his life over some wealthy stranger.

Dr Wang looked closely for any signs of incompatibility, when he saw there was no sediments or color change, the solution in the ten millimeter syringe was as clear as water. Only then did he proceed to administer the medication intravenously, by feeling diagonally of the left shoulder to the lower chest an inch or two from the nipples, where the lower lobe of the heart was located, the effect a guaranteed hundred percent, reaching the bloodstream in no time and going straight to where the heart was, temporarily cutting off blood supply to the organ.
