It became my alternative weapon to me in the battle and thanks to Moonlight's harsh training to me, I can wield it with decent mastery with the help of Itazura fending attacks that are all sneak attacks. Resting is an option but I don't want to die while resting, so despite my mana deficiency, I need to continue to fight or else, I would be killed by these guys who are hell bent on killing me.
"Why the heck these enemies of ours aren't decreasing at all?! We fought and killed many of them but they seemed to never stop appearing at all!" Moonlight grumbled as she swings her sword here and there.
"Are they multiplying? If that is the case, this battle can't end! If it ended, we are dead!" Volta started to cuss on every homunculus he killed on his punches.
"Looks like Volta is right for once. These homunculus bodies are multiplying every time we kill a certain amount of them! We are under the Homunculus Experiment effect!" Yaya shouted.

Although Yaya, Volta, and Moonlight, are higher tiered magicians, they don't own unlimited amount of mana to expend, they might fare better than my battle result but they would get exhausted too overtime.
"Do you know how long this battle will last?"I asked as I hacked the attacking homunculus. I can see in everyone's faces that their mana are dwindling low too. If these continued, we will be killed before the spell is lifted.
"I don't know Kazuma! It depends of the person who casted it!" Yaya helplessly answered.
The three started to get weaker at the moment. They seemed to be really tired that I can see their actions have really dwindled a lot. Yaya can only attack in close quarters and not the extending finger spears. Volta can only punch here and there without shooting electricity in long ranges. Moonlight clearly had trouble already since she can't do those flashy attacks anymore.
"At this rate, we won't get to survive this battle! Can you still fight Kazuma?" Moonlight asked, she is getting haggard already.
I can still fight! There is nothing to give up on! Our lives are on the line! Giving up is not an option! I grip on the electric dagger and closed my eyes and used mana sense. So what if I am weak? That doesn't mean I am powerless. So what if I have no power left? That doesn't mean I can't retaliate.
"Void Magic! Burning Spirit!" I clapped my hands and I pushed all of my mana into the magic I am casting. I also closed my eyes and channeled the remaining mana in my body.
"Kazuma! Stop it! You will get injured!" Moonlight warned.
However, I fell deaf ears and continued to channel my remaining mana into the Magic Circle. A big Magic Circle appeared beneath me and with sweat falling into my forehead, I completed the attack.

I opened my eyes and I can feel my whole body gets hot. Before I knew it, my surroundings darken and I lost consciousness.

My consciousness floated in a dark place. I remembered, I used a support magic I learned from Moonlight, known as Burning spirit. It allows the caster to refill the mana of the surrounding magicians in exchange for a a few amount of mana. Though, usually, using the Burning Spirit should be done when you have lots of mana. But I used it when my mana is already running out. It won't be any wonder that my body can't get to hold the power I released.
I closed my eyes. Maybe I am dead right now?

I was a bit stunned. What the heck is this orb of light is talking about? What did it just say that I entered a realm? Isn't this place my consciousness? Does it mean this place is not my collective consciousness but another realm?
