"Alright, nice work everyone... Let's take a quick break." The man said as he went to check on some things. "Angelique, you really are amazing. I really can't believe this is your second time only."
Angelique gave the man a soft smile, "Mr. Lee thank you for your kind words but I ain't lying to you at all. This is indeed my second time."
Mr. Lee and the others continued to check on the shoot Angelique has done. "Then I am honored to be able to shoot such beauty, Angelique..."
Angelique went to Annie after discussing some stuff with Mr. Lee. Annie gave Angelique a glass of cucumber juice to cool herself off. "Ange, you alright?"
Angelique grabs the juice and drinks it. "Yeah, I'm fine..."
"What will you do next."
"They said it will be a couple of shoots next. I'll be wearing some of the trending couple wear next."
As Angelique seated by her chair and Annie retouched her makeup and arrange her hair, she could not help think of what happened yesterday how Scott just hung up on her for the first time. She does not understand why she so worked up about it.
At the same time, Angelique phone suddenly rang. "Hello..."
"Ange, I might not be able to come today but I'll be there tomorrow or the next day," Jordon said on the other line.
"Jordon it's fine really..."
"I really want to go there anyway, we can take this us our first trip together. Plus, I want to get some warmth in my body for winter." He laughed
Angelique could not help it but laugh as well on Jordon's remarks. "Fine, I'll see you then..."
After the call she received from Jordon, Angelique went and met the male partner for the shoot. When she saw the person, she was stunned for a second since he really looked almost like Scott expect for the eyes for he was Asian.
During the shoot, Angelique could not concentrate and get distracted by the guy's appearance. They may look alike but the presences were different alright, the guy was gentle and charming, unlike Scott who is the devil.
"Alright, nice work everyone..." Mr. Lee said
Angelique felt furious in being with the guy for no reason, she releases a deep sighed. "What the heck is wrong with me?"
"Is something wrong Miss Angelique?" the guys said as he tried to approach her.
"Mr. Teo, No... Everything is fine," she said as she tried to give him an awkward smile hoping he did not hear her.
"Please, Nicholas will do... Anyways, I'll be attending your party tonight. Will it be alright if I pick you up?"
"Sure, but I'll be attending it with Annie."
The man grabs hold of Angelique's hand and kisses it, "Then I'll see you tonight."
Angelique was startled for a moment and did not know what to do. Her heart was beating so fast at the same time contemplating in whether if it was beating because he looked like Scott or the fact he was sweet and charming. She thought, "Have I gone crazy lately?"
As she watched the man silhouette vanish from her sight, she was still left frozen on the spot until Annie came to grab her, "Ange, come let's get ready for the last shot."
The photo shoot ended up in success, the director and photographer were completely satisfied with the result. They even finished ahead of schedule which they did not expect.
So Angelique and Annie returned to the resort they were staying afterward. While Annie went and rested, Angelique was busy preparing for tonight party. For some reason, she was worried off what to wear for the first time.
