it is unclear wither or not Vince murdered Emily but it is highly suspected, according to multi-able wittness have seen an altercation between the suspect and the victim
At this time there have not been found any reports of any insents of hostile behavior between the victiom and the suspect.
There has been no given alibe for the supset and can not acount for his actions on the day of the murder
