Mr. Steven's son with his family comes right away after they get a notice from the lawyer. Mr. Stephen did not say anything to Richard but from his eyes, Richard can see the hostility emancipated from there.
Just as Richard predicted, when the lawyer tells him about the last will of Mr. Steven to him, he exploded with rage.
Mr.Stephen: "What kind of will is that! I'm sure that boy must be brainwashing my father so he makes this kind of will. How come he did not leave anything to me?"
The lawyer, Mr. Wang, calmly respond to Mr. Stephen anger
Mr. Wang: "Calm down, Mr. Stephen. I'm a credible lawyer and your father make his last will with full awareness, conscious, without any influence nor oppression from other people. There are also witnesses to clarify his last will. But if you are not satisfied with this, you may try the legal action by filled a complaint to the court"
Hearing what the lawyer said, Mr. Stephen can't refute anymore. He left us to proceed with his father funeral. Mr. Steven is a careful and meticulous person before he died, he already arranges a funeral service to take care of his body and his funeral. So basically, we that he left in this world only have to greet the guest that come to express their condolences. There are many guest who Mr. Steven's friends that come to say their condolences. This time, Mr. Stephen act as the host and welcoming all the guest while Richard chooses to stay on the back and helping anything that he could do.
Three days after his death, finally Mr. Steven was cremated and his ashes given to Mr. Stephen as his family. The lawyer also already processing the legal transfer of Mr. Steven's house to his grandson, give Richard the money that Mr. Steven wish to give, and transfer the money that Mr. Steven want to donate to the social foundation that he chose.
After no more guest coming and the lawyer left the house after finishing his duty, only Mr. Stephen and Richard left in that house. In that chance, Mr. Stephen call Richard to talk with him
Mr. Stephen: "Sit down, there something I want to say to you. You're Richard, right? I'll say straight to the point without beating around the bushes. I don't like you stay in this house and I want to leave immediately"
Richard: "You are not the owner of this house, Mr. Stephen"
Although Richard already knows that sooner or later Mr. Stephen will kick him out of the house, he doesn't want Mr. Stephen to get what he want easily.
Mr. Stephen: "You!....You! Do you want to take over this house? Dream on boy! I won't let you succeed"
Mr. Stephen immediately get angry and pointing his finger to Richard
Richard: "I never said I want to take over this house, Mr. Stephen. I only stated the fact that the owner of this house is Mr. Steven's grandson, not you"
Mr. Stephen: "But I'm his father! He will agree upon everything I decide on this house! And I decide to make you out from here"
Richard: "Oh really? Then I want to hear it directly from his mouth, not from your mouth, Mr. Stephen"
Mr. Stephen: "You!"
Mr. Stephen's face is already turning into fiery red because of his anger, but he can't rebuke Richard's words because he does indeed don't have any right over the house. All he can do is persuading his son to say he wants Richard out from there. But to able to do that, he must return to his own house first and talk to his son about his intention to kick Richard out from Mr. Steven's house.
Richard: "Me what Mr. Stephen? If you really want me out from here, then how much you willing to pay?"
Mr. Stephen stunned when heard what Richard just said.
Mr. Stephen: "You….you will leave if I give you money?"
Richard: "Of course Mr. Stephen, I need money to rent a room after I leave this house. Isn't that obvious?"
Actually, Richard have money to rent a room from the money that Mr. Steven left for him but, still get more money from someone who hates him will feel sweet. Mr. Stephen pulls his wallet and takes some cash from the wallet. With cold expression, he throws that money to Richard
Mr. Stephen: "Take your money and leave this house first thing in the morning. Do you hear that?"
Richard: "Sure. Can I ask one more thing, Mr. Stephen?"
Mr. Stephen: "Say it!"
Richard: "Can I take one of those flowers that planted in the front yard?"
Mr. Stephen: "You can take as many as you want. Is that all?"
Richard: "Yes, that's all. Are we finished?"

Richard takes the money that Mr. Stephen throw and after take them all he left the room and start to packing his belonging to leave this house in the next morning.
