The plans have changed drastically; all of them in the organization will become Miyazawa Rosalia's pawns before long.
Before that happens, he has to warn Lila. However, with Zane most likely nearby - and Miyazawa still in the vicinity too. Haruka knew he had to swallow his words. He will tell her later. It's something Lila has to know; the girl will be in more danger if Miyazawa really gets hold of the corporation.

His whole body ached all over. He was in a lot of pain, and honestly, 'I should be hospitalized for a bit,' Haruka thought as he clenched his shoulder. After a few minutes had passed, he got off the wall and headed inside.
When he arrived, Tachibana was leaving the house, "I'll be gone to get some groceries, you stay with her. First floor, end room."
"Yeah," he didn't want to talk much and just swiftly entered the house. As expected of the Tachibana Household, the interior design looked like a work of art. With the marble floors and cream coloured walls, Haruka headed up the stairs on the side and quickly made his way to the destinated floor. He dragged himself to the room, and no sooner had he opened the door. A pair of arms wrapped around him.
"Haruka!" Lila said happily.
Why is she so chirper and hyper for? His gaze fell on the cute bundle of joy in his arms, and drew her closer, "How bad is your fever?
"It's better," Lila exclaimed as she flailed her arms around. Only to stumble, he immediately caught her, and she laughed, "Oopsie."
"Gee, you careless woman."

Haruka looked at her with a troubled look. He can't even scold her when she is like this. After a few minutes of debating, Haruka gently placed a kiss on her forehead, "Lay back down; your forehead is hot," he murmured as he pulled away from her.
Lila, however, leaned into him, "I want to flirt like this."
She is too stubborn; he can't say anything whenever she gets like this. Haruka kissed her hair and gently held the girl's pretty hand in his. She's so beautiful, even with her sick appearance - the girl's beauty stood out to him. With her porcelain skin, her long eyelashes, beautiful eyelids, smooth and sexy looking lips.
After a few minutes his hands lingered on the thin material of the girl's nightgown, she must have removed the jumper since it was nowhere in sight, "Are you hot?"

Lila took it as an innocent question, fully unaware of his real thoughts. The girl used her free hand to trace his chest, and he paused. Did she notice? To his surprise, she suddenly leaned forward and placed a kiss there. Yes, that's right Lila just kissed his chest.

Lila laughed, "Um, yes."
A shocking reply, Haruka ran his hand through his free hand before he brushed it against the girl's lips, "You're beautiful."
"Um, thank you for the compliment."
"Can I compliment you elsewhere too?"
Lila shook her head and shyly buried her face in her hands, "Were in Miu's house, Haruka. So, we can't do anything weird okay?"
"Can we make out?" Haruka asked. He doesn't know what she means by weird things anyway. Is she talking about sex or something else? He does so many things with her that he loses track of the code language she uses, Lila shyly nodded, and his lips curve to a smile as she leaned forward. 'She's more eager for this to happen then me,' Haruka thought amused.
After a few minutes, though, he noticed how out of breath she was getting. She's so adorable, "Haru--Haru--" Lila struggled to say, and he pulled their lips away.
"Hm?"
"T--tongue, quit using your tongue so much, "He laughed at that comment, really laughed and Lila's cheeks reddened more, "I mean it, it makes me nervous," she trailed off and shyly played with her fingers, "Can't you kiss me normally?"
"This is normal darling, what else do you want me to do?"
"Normal...no tongue."
Haruka smiled, "Sorry, I don't know how to kiss like that."
Lila blushed, "Then, I'll teach you, Haruka."

He placed his hand on her forehead and heat traveled to his skin, Haruka frowned, 'too hot,' he thought. He doesn't even need a thermometer to check to know her temperature is high, "Haruka, don't cancel our date," a faint voice snapped him out of his thoughts. His gaze fell on the owner of that voice who was weakly clinging to his arm.
"Mmm, I won't. But you have to rest well before we go, yeah?"
Lila nodded, "Ah-huh, I'll rest."
Moments after she said that though, Haruka found the girl peering at him from her blanket.
"Haruka, cuddle."
Gee, Haruka bent down and laid down beside the girl.
"Cuddle mission, success," Lila said happily as she held up her hands in a small victory pose. His lips curved to a smile at this, 'She's such a cutie,' he thought as he smiled warmly at the girl. Lila noticed him staring, and she hid her face with her hands, "Haruka is staring, I'm embarrassed."
Gosh, so adorable. His lips curve to a smile; it should be okay to kiss her, right? He slowly removed her hands from her face and gently kissed her pretty lips.
"Haruka was lying; you can kiss normally."
"Heh."
"Does Haruka like kissing me?" Here she goes again with her strange questions. Guess he ought to entertain her for a bit.
"Hmmm," he pretended to be deep in thought and immediately saw her panic. Soft laughter passed his lips, and Lila understood right away, she hits him with her pretty hands when he grabbed hold of them and brought it to his lips, "Mmm, what should I do with these?"
"Um, you could kiss them."
Haruka laughed more at her innocent reaction, "Just a kiss dearest? There are more things I could do to somebody as pretty as you,"
Lila blushed before she laughed, "Your so silly," she trailed off, "Haruka? What's wrong?"
What's wrong? For a second Haruka looked at her confused when he saw his reflection in the mirror, his whole face had turned pale as a ghost, "Nothing," he lied. Damn, he didn't even move much. But it felt like his wounds were reopening.
His girlfriend, however, didn't buy it, she reached over and placed her hand on his shirt, "It's buttoned, you're hiding something."
"Yeah, I'm a liar."
She hesitated but undid his buttons, the lash marks from earlier was slowly becoming visible.
Lila immediately tried to get up but stumbled, he reached over and pulled her into his arms, "Stop, you can't stop her."
Lila shook her head, "I will. Why does she have the right to hurt you?"
"She's Zane's woman," Haruka muttered.
"Zane?"
"The one you guys call the mastermind."
His girlfriend looked at him up and down, "Haruka, going to tell just because you're wounded?"
His lips curve to a smile as he gently caressed her cheeks, "No, I was going to tell you about this anyway," he was. Haruka figured it was the least he could do. Besides, if Lila knows about Zane, then she could be warier. Whenever Lila is around him, she lets her guard down too much. The two of them are still enemies, even if he has been protecting her secretly this whole time.

"Ah," Lila reached over for the phone and was about to click the end call button, but Haruka was faster, "Haruka?"
