The knight who called me ‘soap bubble saint’ cut the Rukh’s arm which had stopped its attack. Academia trainees, somehow able to stand up, also gave pursuit by attacked it with magic.
Thank goodness, the person who got flown off by the Rukh’s talon seemed to regain his consciousness. He was a little unsteady, but he once again prepared his staff.
The place that been cut by the knight’s sword, Academia trainees was further tearing it apart with a wind magic, furthermore the spear of ice was being thrust into it. That was an amazing momentum.

The two Rukh didn’t counterattack and just received the simultaneous attack while letting out a cry, one after another the Rukh’s body collapsed on the ground.

All people in the hall, including me, held our breath at the figure of the Rukh whose didn’t move with several ice spear sticking out from its body.

The whisper immediately changed into a tremendous cheer.
The knights were not paying attention towards the big cheer that shook the hall, instead they make their way towards me after they had confirmed that the Rukh completely did not move anymore.
The academia trainees seemed worried about the severe injury of the first person who got blown off by the Rukh’s talon (1). Two persons that had comparatively lighter injury were hold him by both sides, supported him to stand up.
Everyone head is bleeding. There are also many small bruises, it looks quite painful….they need a medical treatment soon (2).
But they — especially the knights, they did not seem to concern about their own current condition.
“Umm — thank you very much of your help”
I said my gratitude in fuzzy voice towards the knight in front of me.
Hereupon the knight shook their head in disapproval.
“No, we, for sure, had tinged with the dreadful thought that this would be our end. But it was unexpected for the soap bubble saint to not stayed in royal castle…..”
