"Nathan, lets go in a vacation, just the two of us"
"mmhmm, I'll like that" Nathan said as he sat next to Shola.
She put her head on his shoulder and hugged his arm.
She closed her eyes and tried to relax, she rid her mind of all the negative thoughts and thought about only Nathan.

"The accused is hereby declared not guilty!" As the judge said these words the whole court was surprised except for Nathan who looked like he expected this to happen.
Jason still stared at the back of the judge, he felt like he was dreaming and was also scared that the judge would turn around and change his mind.
"Jason!, we did it! we won!!" Lilian kissed Jason who was still in a daze out of happiness, Jason regained his sense and kissed her back.
"We did it!, I'm free!" Jason said filled with emotions, he turned to look at Nathan who had an indifferent expression "Thank you!" Jason said and Nathan nodded in response. When he saw Shola smiling happily he finally told himself that it was all worth it.
They didn't waste any time to sign the necessary papers to make sure Jason could go home that very day.
After saying goodbye to Shola and Nathan; Lilian and Jason went back to their home happily.
"I didn't think I would ever see this place again" Jason said emotionally, he and Lilian had bought the land where this house was built and they designed it themselves planning to make it their family home.
"But you're here now, thats all that matters" Lilian said as she hugged Jason from behind.
"about your aunt....I think she's up to something" Jason said as he looked at Lilian
"What do you mean?"
"That poison you told me about.....I think she bought it from my cell mate"
Lilian raised her eyebrows in surprise
"Your cell mate?"
Jason nodded as he continued "He is well versed in medicine and he did tell me once that he sold poison to the old madam of the Lu family.
At first i brushed it off but when you told me about Sholana I decide to ask him more about the poison
Lilly it is very dangerous!, if she isn't given the antidote 6months after she was poisoned I'm afraid she would be...."
Lilian nodded, it was as she'd predicted, the poison was really meant to affect the brain not the body
"I'm not sure you understand, it doesn't just affect her memories but...her entire body, its either she might go into a vegetative state or.....die!"
Lilian was taken aback, it was worse than she had predicted, her aunt really wanted to destroy Sholana!
"C...can I meet your cell mate?, would he take money and give me the antidote?"
Jason nodded "But it would have to be a large amount"
Lilian didn't care about the amount, she was going to get the antidote first before she calls Nathan, just to make sure he doesn't get worried.
"Lets go there and visit him in three days"
"hmm"

Shola was in high spirits when they arrived at the villa, she packed her bags because they were leaving first thing tomorrow morning to Nathan's beach house in a small village, he actually forgot the name of the place because he hadn't been there in a while. Heck, he hadn't had a vacation in a while.
While Nathan was busy organizing his files and informing the company about his week off and since Shola decide she didn't really want to work in a big company, in all truth she only did it because her father wanted her to take over the family business before they partnered up with the Lus, in her heart she was a designer and an artist, that was her dream.
Sholana was busy packing bags, lots of them.
"What exactly are in all these?" you better not say clothes"
"Okay then, they're not clothes, they are just....just erm....."
Shola smiled as she carried their wedding picture and looked at it closely
"That smile really looks forced" Shola said to her self but Nathan heard her and chuckled
"Its late go to sleep now"
"Ok Mr handsome I'll try my best!" She smiled at Nathan before covering her self with the blanket.

After reaching the beach house Sholana was quite surprised.
The house wasn't grand or huge, it only had two rooms and it was designed quite simply giving it a relaxing and cozy feeling.
"What?" Nathan noticed that Shola was looking around the house in a daze
"Its a nice place" Shola answered as she put her hands around his waist and her head on his chest
"But its nicer since you're here with me "
Nathan felt warm inside as he heard her words, he was glad they left City S and everything else behind, he didn't want her in the mist of all those people anymore, he was beginning to think if he should take up his father's offer and take over the company's branch in China.
After having dinner Shola got a call from her brother, her parents had met by accident and they caused a huge scene!.
Shola who was in a good mood minutes ago suddenly frowned. Nathan noticed this and suddenly collected her phone
"Hey, give it back!"
Nathan raised the phone above his head making Shola jump to try and reach it
"Give me my phone!"
"No!, I'm turning it off" Nathan said as he put his hand down and gave the turned off phone to Shola.
"Why did you that?" Shola whined as she hit his shoulder, Nathan caught her hand and brought her closer to him
"We're on a vacation, just the two of us. No more phones ok?"
Shola nodded reluctantly as she watched Nathan switch off his own phone as well
"Ok..." before she could finish her words; her lips were already captured by Nathan's, he kissed her passionately as he began to unbutton her blouse
He suddenly stopped as he remembered something, he reluctantly parted lips with her's, slightly panting he looked into her eyes
"It's okay if you don't want to" he said it softly but those words seemed to pierce Shola's heart, he loved her to the extent that he was willing to suppress his desires for her while she..... she finally realised that she hadn't really done anything good for him since they've known each other, while he has been doing everything he could just to keep her happy.
No matter how bad she might feel, this was the only thing she felt she could give him.....their wedding night!.
Shola didn't say a word put pulled him by his collar and connected their lips again.
Nathan was overcome with emotions as well, he carried her to the bed and began undressing as well.
When their bodies connected, Shola couldn't help but shiver, those horrible memories came rushing back but she tried to suppress them
"Should I stop?" Nathan asked out of concern, he knew that she was trying her best not to push him away.
Shola opened her eyes and stared at the man on top of her, she tilted her head and asked "Are you scared of sleeping with a woman Mr handsome? "
Nathan couldn't help but laugh, she really was good at changing the topic.
He kissed her lips softly while moving in a slow pace.
Shola closed her eyes pushing all those dark memories at the back of her head, she didn't notice when a single tear fell from her eye as she succumbed to this familiar yet unfamiliar feeling, this time it was different and this time it wasn't against her will
Shola moaned loudly as Nathan's pace became faster, she dug her nails into his back, calling his name softly.
The silence the night was disruted by moans and grunts, really if you stood there you won't be able to take it!
Nathan buried his face in the crook of her neck breathing heavily, Sholana was too tired to keep her eyes open after 2 rounds.
She fell asleep while listening to Nathan's heavy breathing.
Nathan stared at the face of the woman next to him, the faint light from the moon reflected on her skin making her look like an angel that has been in slumber for a thousand years.
He tucked a few locks of hair behind her ear and he whispered "I haven't really done anything good in this life to deserve a woman like you...how did you end up in my life?, or has the universe gone blind?"
"No.....it hasn't gone blind" Shola answered sleepily surprising Nathan.
"I'm just so lucky that I got you, its my luck! so stop giving the universe credit".
Shola pouted as she held the man closer to her.
"And stop talking to yourself, its creepy!"
At this point Nathan was already laughing, he held her waist protectively and whispered into her ear again "Yes ma'am "
