On Enemy Cast: Elise and her Spiderlings lift up into the air and then descend upon the target enemy. After descending, the bonus damage and healing from Spider Queen is increased for 5 seconds.
On Ground Cast: Else and her Spiderlings lift up into the air, becoming untargetable for 2 seconds. She can then cast Rappel again to descend upon a nearby enemy.

In simpler terms, after launching the Q, it would blast to the back of the enemy champion and would return after 1 second.
In order to dodge the second part of the Q spell, enemy champions would normally shift to the side.
A superior Graves player would follow the shifting direction of the enemy champion and allow the second part of the Q to hit.
But DanDy wasn’t able to shift at all as he was stunned for 1.5s by Elise’s E spell, allowing Flandre’s Q to deal ample damage.
“Ssibal! They are counter jungling at level 1, hurry up and help me!” When DanDy got struck by Elise’s E, he instantly called for help.

“Quickly, blind hook at the right side of the Flash!”

Thresh threw the hook in his hand and hooked onto where Rumbled had Flash to.

As the hook was slowly withdrawn, Rumble was slowly getting pulled out of the turret range.
