Chapter 25: Dark Ghost Wolf
Without the usual sarcastic comments, I was actually starting to feel a little uncomfortable. Does that make me a very cheap person, or not?

Alright, after saying it out loud, even I felt like I must be a masochist.
Yao Yao mysteriously smiled and stretched out three fingers on her right hand, and started counting down: “Three, two, one, on the ground!”
With a “plop”, I fell to the ground.

When the pain disappeared, I was left laying soaked and prone on the ground and gasping for breath.
The only good news this time was that as my fur came off, pure black fur grew and mixed in with the white.
I didn’t need to be naked, so I still felt quite satisfied at the situation.
My only regret is that while the scars on my body had disappeared, my tail had not regrown back to its former length.

The spy that mixed into the humans?
A men traitor.

“Hurry up and go take revenge for the Snow Wolf Race!”
Yao Yao was already itching to get on with it.
I discovered that my Wolf God’s Golden Body skill’s had also entered the second stage so my confidence immediately soared. I turned around and glanced at Big White who was still waiting and then turned back around to enter the endless darkness.
He had also discovered me and was looking pensive.
Perhaps I just saw wrong!
In the darkness, using Gale with my innate skill bonus felt as if I was a Ferrari speeding along a racetrack.
I was very certain that the night, was my home ground!
Arriving at the small ravine from the daytime, the rock in from me no longer counted as a barrier as far as I was concerned.
Accurately stepping on the small cracks between the rocks and nimbly climbing over it, I finally climbed on top of the ravine’s hilltop.
The humans have already left. I have discovered a few ropes when I climbed up, they have already climbed from there.
The entrance to the small ravine was deathly still with the snow covering half of the snow wolves dead bodies.
I faced and howled to the bright moon the sorrow within my heart
My voice was mournful and dismal. The sound passed on very, very far.
The humans have left for quite some time. With the snow coming down nonstop, the human tracks were already hidden. The scent of the humans was also very faint, but thanks to my grade 4 sense of smell, it was really lucky for me. Along with the map given by the System, I’ve finally managed to find the enemy after midnight.
There were more than a hundred people, more than ten large tents along with a raging and burning bonfire.
