We started at the same time and preparing our ingredients. The ingredients of our katsu is the same, we're using the same meat and flour. But what difference is Shiho just dump a slap of meat which looking very tender at the flour then started to fry at at 180 degrees celcius.
But what am I doing is cutting the meat in slice and make it look like Mille-feuille. The purpose of this cut making it even more soft when you eat it. Then in the flour I add it with a shichimi to get a kick from it.
When we finish cooking we present our dish to Shiori.
"I'll taste Shiho first." Then she started to eat the dish. The taste is almost the same with what she eat earlier but it's better. But she didn't show any change afterall she is rich girl, she have eaten a very delicious dish everyday.
When Shiori eating her dish Shiho is very confident that it's taste very delicious. But looking at my dish she feels something that make her very worried.
After eating Shiho's dish, Shiori starting to eat my dish. "I'll start Natsuo's dish."
Then she started eating my dish, when she bites my katsu. She feels that the juices is gushing out from it and it's more softer than Shiho's. When she eat it, it's like she is sleeping on many fluffy things. Her mouth is very comfortable, then when she move.her chopstick she just realize that the food already gone. She then nodded and already decided who is the winner.
"The winner is Natsuo."
All the guest started to cheer, but Shiho didn't accept her lose and started asking her.
"If you try it, you'll understand."
Then Shiho started to eat the the my dish and also have same experience as Shiori. Then she falls in defeat.
"It wasn't much." I mimic one of the character, I remember. Then after Shiho revived and we started to exchange our experiences. She seems really surprises at my skills and wanted to learn more.
