The duo now with their weapons in hand ready to defend themselves from any hostiles got into their fighting stances.

What is that...?

Yui carefully approached the foliage, using the tip of her spear to get some of the leaves out of the way to see what the cause of the rustling was.

"M-Mentor, I don't think that's a good idea..."

"Huh? There's nothing here..."

The duo was now confused even more as to what caused the noise to begin with, carefully looking around they didn't really sense any trace of magic that was just used a few moments ago anywhere nearby. This could only mean that it was just some kind of small animal running around if it wasn't caused by any form of magic.

At the distance of a few meters from the duo, the same girl that resembled Yui had been watching them this whole time using some animals in the surrounding area as her way of seeing every single move that they have made so far.

"Looks like she's finally listening to me... That's good, atleast I won't have to use any more of my mana communicating with her..."

The weakened form of this girl had now started to take it's tole on her own body as the "barrier" around the stone had been slowly draining all of the mana off of her body like a leech stuck to an animal.

Her eyes were now looking dead from how weak she had become from that time when she too had appeared for now reason-- almost at the same time as Yui, if only a whole night late.

"I should atleast be able to keep going until we both merge together or until they find away to keep both of us in our physical form..."

She couldn't do much ever since the mana on her body had began to be drained, all she could do now was just observe Yui and Miku as they made their way to the stone where she had been this whole time, unable to get out of the "barrier".

Like it was mentioned before, she only had the mana to use magic and she doesn't have any abilities that would enable her to cast any form of spell, she was no more than just a vessel for mana and nothing more because of this.

"Oh.... They're just a few more feet away..."

"Someone's over there... And... She looks like you, mentor? W-What's going here?"

I totally forgot to tell her about that dream that I had but that doesn't matter anymore.

Yui slowly approached the weakened girl who had a body that gave off a faint glow thanks to Tamamo-no-Mae's divinity that was transfered to her small body, there wasn't anyone else in the area but that one girl.

*step,step, step, step*

Yui's slow approach toward her was seen as gentle by Miku, who just stood from a distance too keep watch of any surprise attacks that could potentially happen.

"You're finally here..."

The "look-a-like" girl was sat on the Sesshou-seki when they got there.

The girl slowly reached for Yui's hand as she saw the blue-eyed fox approach her.

"Why did you call me here?"

"Looks like I need to explain, Yes?" The girl couldn't help but laugh at how straight forward Yui was as she was approached.

The girl jumped off of the stone and landed on her feet without ease with a split-image copy of Yui's own kimono flowing down effortlessly even though she was already in a weakened state as it is.

Their appearances were indeed the same but there was a slight difference-- Her eyes were a darker shade of blue compared to Yui's eyes.

They look like mother and child...

Was what came up on Miku's mind seeing them stood right in front of one another.

The girl stared at Yui straight in the eye, signaling how serious her situation was ever since she ended up far from the location where Yui had suddenly appeared that one night.

"I assume thou has no idea when it comes to why thou has appeared, yes?"

The same speaking manner had been heard from the mouth of the girl- the almost same speech that Yui had used when she first appeared-- a few months prior of this day.

"Yes, That's right-- Wait, How did you onow that?"

The girl gave a quick nod before continuing: "There was a reason for both of us to appear, it was not just a mysterious phenomenon-- It was because of the goddess Amaterasu that thou was summoned besides me."

Amaterasu? The goddess of the sun...? Why would she suddenly make me appear into this world...? For what purpose?

The duo were now feeling quite surprised at this revelation that was said by the girl. With her eyes now glowing like they were lights on a car, the girl continued once again: "It was for the elemination of all thy evil beings from this world."

With her explanation now over, the girl merely fell to her knees from how weak her body had become...

"Alas, We must be merged together in order to achieve this most-of-importance feat."

"W-What...? Amaterasu? I thought I was just a mere fox spirit that just appeared for no reason... And that's what I was pretty much doing this whole time..."

The look of dumb-foundness had now been apparent on Yui's face as the girl's explanation had sunk in.

At this point the girl had now fully explained the whole reason for Yui's existance and why she appeared without any knowledge of why she had appeared, the girls slowly stopped glowing and returned back to normal as she finished her explanation with a smile on her face.

"As thou might not be aware... I am merely a vessel for the other fifty percent of Tamamo-no-Mae's mana- a mere mana tank and nothing more besides having the information about why thou has appeared into this world. And as thou speak with me, the said mana is already being drained from me by thy barrier around this area."

Just what is going here...? Why is this "barrier" leeching the mana that's currently inside the of the body of this girl? There must be a reason why this barrier had been draining away the mana inside of her body, this was now something the duo had to figure out on their own...

"If I were to merge with you will you still be able to communicate like you did before?"

"That is unknown..." The girl replied with a robotic tone, sounding like the voice command of a smart device.

"I see... I guess we'll just have to see, what needs to be done to make us merge together?"

Curiousity-- Curiousity and interest had overcome the silver-haired fox as the girl replied to her inquiry.
