Toran was currently inside a gigantic stalagmite building.

In this building, the inside area looks like a throne room of a castle. A red carpet flowed through the center of the room. A large throne that looked like a gigantic red skull was placed in front.

A Shurymite who had a crimson colored skin was currently sitting on the throne. He had black long hair that was braided. He had a long beard that he was currently playing with. He had three eyes, two pairs of long horns, and a golden earring on his right ear. As for his attire, he was wearing a white robe that was under a black coat and black cloak. He did not have any footwear or gloves.

This guy was the War God, Shurym.

Besides him and Toran being present in the area, there were also ten other Shurymites with maroon colored skin. These guys were the ten lords of the Shurym Plane.

Including the War God, everyone present in the room was looking at Toran who was kneeling in front all of them.

"Toran, I thought I ordered you to lead some men to attack the Fatelord Plane. Explain to me what you are doing here. And another thing, explain to me why you brought a human to our lands." Shurym said as he kept playing with his beard.

"Forgive me sir. I will immediately go back. And as for the human I've brought, I was just intrigued by something he said." Toran said while his whole body was shaking from fear and cold sweat flowed down from his back.

"You, a practitioner of Sacred Blood Magic getting intrigued by a human? Amuse me." Shurym said and controlled Toran's body using blood magic. By doing so, Toran could not lie to him in any way while looking him in the eye.

"The human's name is Jay. He isn't really our enemy. He called himself as a Foreigner to this world and told me he and his fellow foreigners only got caught up in everything that is happening so far. He is also a Fatelord."

Everyone in the room was surprised when Toran said that Jay was a Fatelord. They were having a hard time to think of a plan to capture a Fatelord alive, but it looks like Toran made things easier for them.

"I see. For your great contribution to our society, I will promote you as one of the lords of this plane. You and your family may live on one of the abandoned stalactite castles on the northern section of the city." Shurym said before waving his hand, gesturing everyone besides Toran to leave.

"Toran, there is another thing I want to ask you." Shurym said as he got up from his throne. After doing so, a red skull appeared on both of his hands. Blood started dripping from his body that and turned into chains that constricted Toran's limbs.

AAAHHHH!!!

Toran screamed as he felt he felt his body getting cooked from the inside.

"Sir, please..." Toran tried to plead for mercy but Shurym just looked at him coldly.

"I know you are hiding something from me. Just what exactly are you plotting with that human?"

Toran did not know why the War God was suspecting him of treason. As for Jay, he placed a tracking scent on him to make sure he can see everything that Jay does. Toran never saw Jay leaving his house or doing anything suspicious.

"Sir, I don't know... AHHHH!!!"

After a few seconds, Shurym released Toran from the bloody chains and sat back on his throne.

"Sh*t... I forgot he was still under my truth spell. So he really does not know of it..." Shurym immediately dismissed Toran from his sight and turned into a pool of blood before disappearing.

...

"Was it really my imagination?" Shurym was currently above ground, where the barren wastelands was. He sighed as he looked at the remains of what was supposed to be a thriving kingdom.

"It has been a few hours now since I felt that itchy sensation from my blood. It is as if a worm is sucking out the information out of my head... so annoying."

After thinking of this, Shurym roamed around the place. As for the burning sensation he felt from the stars on the sky, he just ignored it and thought of it as a way to temper his body.

...

--- Toran's House

Jay was currently in the mind room, oblivious to everything that was happening on the Fatelord Plane or the Shurym Plane.

"So in order for me to use Normal blood magic, I just need to infuse magicka with every drop of blood in my body?" Jay asked the red skull floating on top of the red book.

"Yes. Once you manage to complete that excruciating task, come find me again so we can move on to the next stage." After saying this, the red skull disappeared.

Jay did not waste any more time and just did what the red skull told him to. But the moment he tried infusing his magicka with his blood, it was as if his whole body was being boiled in hot oil.

"Damn it..."

Jay gritted his teeth as he lied down on the floor, rolling around, while still trying to infuse magicka with his blood.

A few hours later...

Jay was still lying down on the floor of the mind room. The excruciating pain he went through felt like muscle cramps since he got used to it. He wasn't even sure if he succeeded or not.

"Skully, did I do it?" Jay asked the red skull while trying to relax himself.

"Take a good rest for now and see the changes within your body the next day." The red skull said as it appeared again.

...

The moment Jay got out of the mind room, he immediately went to sleep as if nothing happened. Just at the same time, Toran came back to his house and peeked at Jay.

"I hope you don't try anything funny Jay..."

After saying this softly, Toran left the room where Jay was and went back to his bedroom, where Torvani was sleeping.

...

The next morning...

~Yawn...

"Damn. My body feels so heavy." Jay said to himself as he stood up and looked at his body. He was shocked when he looked at his body features that looks exactly like the Shurymites.

"Wait, why am I... oh right... the red bead."

After sighing and remembering that he was using a disguise, he decided to just leave the room and bid farewell to Toran so he could go 'sightseeing' in the city.

"Toran, you know we can kill him anytime right?"

Jay suddenly heard a soft voice of a woman. He checked the room he was in and saw no one around him.

"I still have plans for the human."

"You are already a lord. You can get as much information you want from the archives. Why do you need to waste your time with him?"

"Sis, even if I am one of the lords of the Shurym Plane now, I am still the weakest among the lords. I doubt that they will allow me to enter the archives on my own."

Jay was really not surprised with this since he was in enemy territory right now. In fact, what he was surprised about was the hospitality Toran showed him yesterday.

"I have to find a way to get stronger fast. I wonder if I can combine blood magic with the rest of my skills or use it in my other forms?" Jay thought to himself as he left the room and went to the living room.

"Jay! You're up early. Torvani is still in the marketplace buying food, so you would have to wait for breakfast." Toran said as he pretended that nothing happened unusual. He was oblivious that Jay heard his conversation with his Teria, who was sitting beside him.

"Oh, I was thinking about exploring the city anyways, so I will just have breakfast somewhere else. Thank you for your kindness Toran." Jay said as he held out his right hand, gesturing Toran to shake hands with him.

Toran did so and they shaked hands before Jay left.

"Brother, should I follow him?" Teria immediately asked the moment Jay stepped out of the house.

"No need. I placed a blood parasite on him. Anything he does will be made known to me." Toran said as he grabbed Teria's hand.

"Idiot! What if your wife comes back?"

"Don't worry, I will make it quick..."

Of course, due to Jay's enhanced hearing, he still heard this weird conversation from the two before he heard some kissing sounds.

"Holy sh*t! What the f*ck!" Jay had a pretty clear idea what the two were doing. But he suddenly realized something. He was already a few steps away from Toran's house but he could still hear them. It was as if his enhanced hearing was improved even further.

"Hold on... practitioners of normal blood magic have their senses increased... OH YEAH!!!" Jay happily walked away from Toran's house and was excited to try out his enhanced senses.

...

--- Shurym's Castle

~Achoo!!!

"Sir, should I call Lord Balkor and ask for his services?" A female Shurymite said as she looked at the War God.

Shurym was still sitting on his throne, but every few seconds, he starts coughing. If not, he would suddenly have a hiccup. It was really weird.

"I am fine... ACHOO!!!" Shurym tried not to let this irritating cold get to him. He was a practitioner of Satanic Blood Magic and he was suffering from a cold... it was just too embarrassing!

"Just what the hell is happening to me?!! I keep feeling as if something is stealing my knowledge and draining my powers... ACHOO!!!" Shurym could not even get his thoughts straight as he continued to cough.

"Think you dumb brain of mine... In the past few hours, the only thing strange that happened was Toran's arrival and that human... THAT HUMAN!!!" Shurym immediately became furious. He felt a strange premonition that Jay was related to what was happening to him.

He immediately stood up from his throne and grabbed a yellow crystal orb from his spatial inventory.

"My fellow brothers and sisters! If you see a human wandering around our city, bring him to me dead or alive!!! ACHOO!!!"

...

--- Tasty Meaty Crunchy Restaurant

At the same time Shurym made this announcement to the whole city, Jay was currently enjoying his meal on a restaurant he stumbled upon.

The food here tasted better than the one he ate back at Toran's house, even though it was still the black roasted snake.

"Huh? A human in our plane?" Everyone in the restaurant wondered how the hell a human arrived on this plane. They still haven't heard the news about Toran bringing Jay over to the Shurym Plane.

"Wow. I have to thank Toran later for providing me with this disguise." Jay thought to himself while he continued eating. He did not realize it, but as he continued eating, a reddish maggot came out of his body.

This was the blood parasite that Toran placed on him. The moment it got out of Jay's body, it was as if it was struggling for its life while it slowly burned to ashes.

...

--- Toran's house

"Shit, shit, shit!" Toran immediately stopped making love with Teria as he stood up.

"Brother, what's wrong? Weren't you enjoying yourself?" Teria teased Toran as she kissed him on the neck.

"The blood parasite I placed on Jay is dead! God damn it!"

Just at the same time he was about to step out of his house, he heard the announcement of the War God.

"You got to be f*cking kidding me..."
