While walking towards the Level Ministry building, both Yan Feng and Yu Yan arrived in the reception area.
A middle age woman noticed Yu Yan and Yan Feng approaching towards her desk,
"May I know how can I help you?"
"We are new students." Yan Feng immediately answered while he stands beside Yu Yan and smiled like a sun rising at dawn.
Watching him smile, the middle age woman is used to see beautiful male students, but Yan Feng has a different aura that makes her speak on her mind,

Her eyes went to Yu Yan's face, receptionist smiled with a meaningful look on her eyes.
"Oh! Transferies, Welcome to Shénmì University!"

After hearing his words, with apologetic look, "I'm sorry, she must be your girlfriend?"

The two handed their test result to the receptionist. After confirming their entries, she gave it back and gave them the instructions.
"Mr. Li, Sixth level Ministry is at the sixth floor, as for Ms. Mo, Forth level Ministry is at the fourth floor."

He looked at Yu Yan with his thoughts: 'A 17 years old girl at fourth level?....There must be a mistake.....she should be at first level for her age! Unless she's turning 18 or advanced levels?... Interesting...'
The level ministry is divided into six floors, and each are representing each level in the university.
This is where all the officials and professors from each level have their own offices and handle all confidential information that belongs to the students.
After receiving the details they needed, Yu Yan and Li Yan Feng walk towards the elevators that are divided into three pairs for every two level ministries.
Going on their separate ways, Li Yan Feng suddenly stopped and turn around to look at Yu Yan who is following behind him and made her stop at the same time.
"I'll be leaving, see you around." he smiled at Yu Yan with a meaningful eye.
Yu Yan blink her eyes, 'I don't want to see you again!' but she forcefully smiled.
Li Yan Feng smiled mischievously and without a word, he bends forward and unexpectedly kissed Yu Yan's cheeks before running away.
Yu Yan was shocked, "..."
With his actions, it was too late for her to react, with her blushing face, she can only sigh, shaking her head and walk towards the elevator.
When she arrived at the Fourth Level Ministry she went straight to the floor receptionist and gave her test results.
A middle age man checked his computer and made a quick phone call and told Yu Yan to wait at the waiting area.
After a couple of minutes, a middle age man wearing eyes glasses came over with a smile on his lips.
"You must be Miss Mo, my last name is Zhao, I'll be your homeroom official."
While sitting on a couch, Yu Yan turn her head to look at the person, she smiled back and nod. "It's nice to meet you Mr. Zhao."
He not and said, "Come, I'll send you to your homeroom."
