"Nice to meet you too" Merlin reached back to shake Claudius hand nervously "My teacher she was out here meeting a friend. But I think she went back to the Mill." He looked to the side to see that his partner took off "I um… have to go" he said before chasing after her. Claudius and his aids laughed as the youth chased after his love, as he thought how pure sweet love looked and remembered Faith.
Flowers surrounded the Mill by the waterfall, Claudius saw a woman at the pier by the Mill. He knew it was Faith even though he at a distance. As he got closer, he saw a little black cat in front of him. The little thing purred as it rubbed against his leg and then meowed
"Yuyu" Claudius heard Faith melodies voice and coughed as for some reason he was getting embarrassed. The little cat jumped into Faith's arms, and she donned a light blue and white dress and a white cloth that covered her eyes. Some of the scars from her face had disappeared. "To what do I owe the pleasure of your visit?"
"Will you Marry Me?" he blurted out all of a sudden. Klan and Glen stared at their liege in shock as this was something, they didn't expect from him. Claudius' face was a little flushed, but he had been thinking about this for a while. But the moment he saw her again, and it just came out of his mouth when she spoke.
"Well…." Faith looked stunned as her face became a barely noticeable red. "I certainly expected questions but not that one" she laughed lightly "Claudius, we've only known each other for a few hours. What I said back then was a joke. Not something meant to be taken seriously."
"But I'm serious" Claudius doesn't know where he this boldness from but feels the words come out from his mouth "It's what I feel about you"
"Claudius, I'll remind you again. We only knew each other for a few hours."
"Maybe so," Claudius said. "But It only took a few hours for me to fall backed you" he looked down and back up "My mother had once said to me that my father was her soul-mate. She told me a soulmate is a person whom you have an immediate connection the moment you met, one so strong you're drawn to them in ways you don't expect. As time goes on you realize you will never love anyone that strongly as that person becomes to irreplaceable. Faith I think you're my soulmate the person who'll become irreplaceable to me."
For a moment Faith didn't say anything making Claudius feel nervous "Sometimes your heart needs more time to accept what your mind already knows" she whispered
"What did you say?" He asked not able to hear what she said
"Having a soulmate is not always about love. You can find your soulmate in friendship too."
"But, this time it's about love"
"Maybe it isn't, and maybe you just confused at what the feelings you hold truly are."
