Chairman Shi stood in front of the floor-to-ceiling window of his office in Beijing. His hands clasped behind him. The sunlight from outside casted a shadow of him on the office floor.
A knock was heard on his door. "Come in." He said.

Although Shi Corporation would not come out of it, unscathed, they would be able to eliminate their other competitors and still dominate the market. It's the giant versus those small ants.
To support his plan and to sustain it, they would need an extremely sound and optimized sourcing strategy. They need to source at the lowest price too. They needed a shipping company's alliance also for this reason. Subsidized shipping means subsidized sourcing cost.
