The next instant after the door's had closed on us, it felt like my body was being split into tiny little sections and then reassembled. It wasn't painful, but it wasn't comfortable either, it was like a happy medium of being just discomfort.

What appeared for me next after a couple second was a grand stone entrance. It was shaped like an arch, and there were huge walls that were all around it. Enclosing it from prying eyes, such as mine.

Atop the giant archway, it read 'The Hag's Secret Lair Maze,' I couldn't help but roll my eyes. They couldn't come up with a better name other than that. There wasn't any suspense, I knew exactly what I was heading into and what I had to do.

Royal was still wrapped tightly around my body, like a protective layer of cushioning and armor. I could barely move my arms he was coiled around me so tightly.

"Royal it's okay you can let me go now." I squeak out, he moves his head to look at me and then he obliges to my wishes and uncoils. Although, he moves his body into a position where I can actually sit like he was a chair.

Sitting, I pat his head, before I continue to survey the rest of the area. I didn't see Haru anywhere, it looks like we got split up. That was a bit of a buzz kill, he knew a lot and was actually quite powerful. He was good to keep around for sure, and he wasn't bad on the eyes.

Placing a hand underneath of my chin, I try to think of my best course of action. I feel like it would be folly to just rush into the maze, that was in front of me, lest I end up trapped in it for eternity, or until I died by starvation.

My stomach gave a loud grumbling protest at the thought, reaching around, I grab my backpack and place it on my lap. It still amazed me that one could put so much into this backpack and it still felt like it weighed nothing.

Shoving my hand into the bag, I think about food as if sensing my intentions the bag shows all the food options. I managed to pull a sandwich and a bottle of tea out of the bag. Pleased with myself, I slide the bag back onto my back and begin to eat.

I should probably look at my skills, I still had points that I could use and it would probably be good to check out the mastery on Apprentice Exorcist, considering I had it active this whole time. It would be good, if I could level it up into something different, after witnessing the power of a skill that been leveled up in mastery, I felt it was only right that I focus on upping my mastery level.

[Basic Stats: Intelligence (12), Strength (7), Dexterity (9.5), Luck (18.1), Mana (15 (-1)] [Skill Points: 10]

Flicking a finger across the holographic screen. I wonder why there was such a range in my numbers, it was too bad that I didn't have anything to compare my stats too. I was glad to see that my Intelligence was in the double digits. Out of all my skills, it seemed that luck was given a major boost. I didn't know why there was a minus one by mana.

Moving the page down, I looked at my Unique skills next.

[Unique Skills: Samurai Determination (5%), Loved by Darkness, Apprentice Exorcist (80.5%)]

It looks like I was still a bit away from advancing my mastery level of Apprentice, Exorcist but soon enough I would advance it. Moving my attention to the other skills I see that even Samurai's Determination had advanced another three percent, but I didn't have that activated, I wonder if I could actually activate it. I'd have to try it out.

"Activate Samurai's Determination," I say.

[At the time the skill Samurai's Determination cannot be activated at will, however, it is able to proc. when the Player enters a state of tranquility.] The notification appeared, humming to myself I flick a hand and send the notification away.

Apparently, I was on the right track in wanting to increase the mastery of my skills was the way to go. More freedom would be given the more comfortable and the more you familiarized yourself with a skill.

I still had no idea what the other unique skill I had did, it wouldn't let me click on it. Plus there was no information that could be seen for it.

[Bloodline Skills: Hecate's Boon (new).]

There was actually the word 'new' flashing next to it. I really hadn't paid much attention to it, when I last open my skill page. I'd just taken a cursory glance and allot some skill points into my basic skills.

I was just getting to look at my unique skill when I'd almost had my head taken off by that lady. Shuddering at the thought, I quickly click on the skill. The menu pop's open easily.

[Skill: Hecate's Boon

Information: Hecate the Goddess of Magic, Witchcraft, The Night, The Moon and Ghost & Necromancy. She was quite the busy Lady when she was hailed as a Goddess. Beautiful and elusive she's known for having three heads and three bodies. Nifty isn't it, she was an adapt Goddess being loved by the night and magic. You've inherited her gifts.

(2) Clown of Envy (Obtain the other sin clowns for a full set)

(3) Low-tier Zombie

(4) Headless Spirit >(Able to Advance into a Dullahan Spirit) ]

I'd actually gained three more new summoning spirits, I'd kill quite a few things. However, it looks like I'd only obtained three out of those kills. Looks like I'd obtained one of the Advance Nightmare Clowns, I'd been the clown of envy. Truth be told I had no idea which clown that was exactly.

Looks like I'd also obtain a zombie from the countless that I had slain, and then the headless spirit I'd also obtained. There had to be a way to get notifications for when I obtained these summons. Scanning the page, I look for a setting tool.

This was so much like a game that I would be surprised if there wasn't a setting page. Scrolling around on the page, I look for your standard setting button in the shape of a gear, however, after a good minute, I see that there isn't any button like that.

There was a button with a lightning bolt and a button with the silhouette of a face on it. I decided to tap on the button with the face, let's see if I guessed right.
