The ninth floor mist checkpoint was not in a huge space but its mechanism setup was hectic. Basically, one false step would land in fatality.
With zero error margin, they were left with only the option; to push people out in probing.
The five main tanks were long gone while half of the DPS were dead. However, when it was Li Yi’s turn to move, he finally caught an inkling on the mechanism’s rules. He advanced forward following red, white, black, green, yellow, red, white, black, green color pattern and did not step onto any trap.
This was the experience from pushing people out but this experience was only suitable for this floor as the clearing path were randomly generated and unfixed.
By the time Li Yi made it out of the ninth floor, there were only nine survivors left in the party.
Jiaojiao was still alive, so was Qian’er, Sister Cat, Zhang Yuan while the remaining were random players.
The tenth floor was a turning point where there was a 50% chance of obtaining an above-A-class difficulty level maze and a 50% chance of meeting a mini boss.
“Fuck, give me a boss!” The Cat that Sings shouted.
At the sparkle of white light, Li Yi’s party appeared in the real tower floor.
This was not a fantasy maze but a real tower tier.
It was a circular zone of modest space. Right in the center stood a boorish-looking golden dummy in folded arms.
This was the first boss of the Tower of Remorse; Golden Hand.
“Wahahaha, it’s really a boss. Oh money boys, my ovaries are trembling with excitement going through this maze.”
The Cat that Sings burst out laughing without a care in the world. She was in her zone but the look on the others’ face revealed their discomfort.
“What’re you looking at? Have you never seen someone gorgeous before?”
Li Yi clapped his hands, “Come over here, let me put it simply how to play this.”
Golden Hand may be looking farce, but its capability should not be overlooked. At Level 200, its HP was around 500 million and harboured a consummate skill, Potent Shadow Hand that could attack at any distance. It was easy to die without grasping the tactic to deal with it.
“The most important bit about fighting this boss is your position. We’ll split up, and when you blast your attacks, remember to stop moving when the boss folds its arms. When the boss spreads its arms apart, don’t stop moving. This is the basic strategy to defeating it. Have you heard about it before? I hope nobody makes any mistake later.”
“Yes, we’ve heard of it…”

People were always marveled each time Li Yi summoned Dolly. Many were drooling over this little thing because she was just… Too adorable.

Before Jiaojiao was able to close in on Golden Hand, Dolly started her attack, striking two Aligned Arrows right in Golden Hand’s face and dealing over 300 thousand points of damage.
“Ahhh lalalala…”

Golden Hand spread its arms apart, gliding with its stiff legs. With its speed faster than a Warrior’s Charge, it reached Dolly in a blink of an eye. It caressed her all over and wham! Dolly turned into an egg.
Killed in one hit, it suffered Metamorphosis.
“Everyone, start moving so it can’t touch you!.”
Li Yi yelled out and attacked with Stinger Arrow.
He chose not to use Shooting Star Arrow Hail to prevent Golden Hand from gliding over and finishing him. He opted not to use Chrono Stinger Arrow to avoid killing it with one hit, making it difficult to deal with after resurrection.
After the revival of Golden Hand, it would first touch the target it had the most aggro with. If Li Yi were to instantly kill it, he would not be able to escape from the jaws of death himself.

With more than ten attacks dealt in a single second, the Light Priestess only managed to hold on for 1.5 seconds before perishing in the hands of Golden Hand.
“Don’t look into its eyes, hit it!”
Those who stood motionless would not be attacked by Golden Hand.which presented a great opportunity for the DPS to attack.
“Ahhh lalalala…”
Golden Hand spread its arms apart and kept its legs still, beginning its gliding attack.
“Run, everyone, run!”
The remaining eight, excluding The Cat the Sings started to move around.
“Sister Cat, run quick!”

Miss Zhang was pretty sharp; from the start of the battle, her DPS dealt remained zero…
Her means of attack was quite a breakthrough.
“Jiaojiao, Qian’er, fire up your Territory and leave the rest to me.”
Hearing Li Yi’s orders, Jiaojiao raised her greatsword up high to amass energy, prompting the materialization of skeletal marks on her greatsword.
