After they completed their ten Construction Quests each, Starting Point City was more or less good as new.

The guest had black hair, purple eyes, and a seductive face. She wore purple armor that exposed her midriff and only covered her snowy white peaks, and a scarlet patterned mini skirt, revealing her long fair legs. It was none other than the Second Demon God, Aersith…
“Custodian of the Luo Lan Empire’s Blademaster Aragon, are you very surprised to see me?” Aersith bowed slightly and smiled at Li Yi.
Li Yi nodded. “That I am. To think that Your Holiness the Second Demon God came all the way here from the Demon God Castle. Color me astonished.”
Li Yi truly had not expected this at all. In his mind, while the upper-level monsters in King of Pantheon were very smart, their ‘status’ meant that they could only move in very limited spaces. Most of them only existed near their spawn spots. He had never been heard of any NPC traversing entire maps like Aersith had.
“Didn’t you already guess my identity?”
Aersith raised her hand and her face was immediately obscured in a black robe. This was her form as the intelligent leader of the Traitors’ Alliance.
Aersith seemed a little wry. “Haha, to think that the daughter of the Great Demon God King is actually a traitor defying the demons! I understand if you find it hard to believe. A long time ago, even I couldn’t quite believe this was real…”
Li Yi said with a laugh, “Lady Demon God, I don’t think you came all the way here just for a chat, did you?”
“Haha, I came here to ask for your help.”
Aersith stood up and said, “You know who I am now, and I’m sure you understand where I’m coming from, too. Several millennia ago, when they were deciding who should be the Great Demon God King, they stripped me of my rights to the role just because I advocated for peace.
“I harbor no jealousy over my inability to become the Great Demon God King. I just felt slightly helpless, because I was powerless to stop those who advocated for war from attacking the Pantheon Continent.
“My strength is limited. I don’t want to see the demons die out, but I don’t want to see other races get hurt either. I can only do what is within my power to protect the benefits of both sides. That is also why I founded the Traitors’ Alliance, so I could protect those who had wandered into Foreignland, the ones demons consider outsiders.
“You are Blademaster Aragon’s true custodian. The demons of the war faction have decided to launch a full-scale war on the Pantheon Continent in five days, and I alone am unable to stop it. That is why I wish to seek your help.”

A demonic full-scale war was a very big deal. In the past life, the Eastern Continent did not have a king and the demons captured their Celestial Capital, so players could not use their teleportation doors or Return City Stones for a whole two months and more.
