Every early morning, Oscar Rodriguez , Noah's right-hand man would make a trip to Mansion West Wing , to report in the recent information he had gathered to Noah as usual.

Oscar gave the thick brown envelope to Noah as he reported the news on Mia's movements. The envelope contained all the details they have gained about the adoption.

There was a witness saying that Mr and Mrs Wilson had adopted an orphan from one of the orphanage in South West (SW) Land before the land finally shut down for good. Some of the orpahanges in SW Land had difficulties in relocating the children which had delayed the process of the government restructuring the land. Therefore to expedite the process as to any further delay by engaging with legal process in relation to the adoption , a lot off records adoption had been made where no official records were found in relation to the transfer of the custody right over the adopted child. Attached with the documents, there were full list of all orpahanages that had been built in SW Land from their first establishment to date before demolition. With the list, there were also pictures of orphans who occupied the orphanages in SW and also records of the adoption made over the years. Even if Mia' adoption was made off record, there were at least records of her registration in one of the orphanages. However there was something strange about the list. Apparently there was no match of Mia's baby picture with the orphans there!
