"Okay. So I have a month to leave this place?" Yuerui asked since it was written in her contract that if the tenant had to leave, she had to get notified a month before.
"It's just that their landlord has already kicked them out for not paying their rent for two months. So they need a place to stay immediately." She replied.
"But we have in out contract that one party have to notify at least a month before." Yuerui said.

She looked at the clock and saw that it was 2 am.

After two rings the phone was picked up.
'See.. I knew he was awake.' she thought.

"Find me a new apartment. It doesn't need to be very big nor very small. Just as similar size as my current apartment would be fine. But it must be near my office." She commanded.
"You got kicked out. Hahahahahaha." The other person burst into laughter. He kept laughing for some minutes. He was laughing so hard that tears form at the corner of his eyes.
"No I am not." Yuerui tried to protest. Actually after thinking for a while she also got a laugh at herself. She really became so unlucky that now she got kicked out from her house. But she pressed her lips not to laugh.
After the person was done with laughing Yuerui continued, "Done with your laughing? Now listen to me, I want the apartment by tomorrow. And sent someone to pick my things and arrange it on my new apartment."
"But. I remember you don't have money. How can you get an apartment when you are broke?" He teased.
"So what if I don't have money? You have it, right? And I am not even asking you to buy a new house. Just pay the deposit." Yuerui said as if it was the most obvious thing.

'If I had been kicked out before then I wouldn't have to join again. I would have this money hand.' Yuerui sighed. She was feeling regret that why she was not kicked out before.
When she entered the marketing department, before anyone could say anything she spoke, "Good morning, my seniors. I know I didn't get to make drinks for you yesterday. So I got your preferred drinks today. And I also got some snacks."
The male colleagues became excited the moment they heard about free food. They all gathered around Yuerui and got the food. But the jealous women were still not pleased.
They were even more pissed after yesterday's incident.
