Once I regained my senses, I started to observe my surroundings...

"Why am I on your lap?"
Mio then turned her head away shyly.
"W-well, since we are like that right now, I figured out that this is the least I could do..."
"WAIT A SECOND!!! Since when did we become 'like that'?"
"Nii-sama, do you not remember the thing that happened between us when I got drunk?"

"Well, we did kiss, but that was unintentional, right?"

After running for a while, I decided to turn around and see how Mio was doing. However, I was greeted by an unexpected sight.
Mio is just right behind me, holding a knife tightly in her hands...

Her body shuddered a little before her consciousness started to return. Once she realized what she was doing, she immediately dropped her knife. The last thing she said before she knocked out was:

This little sister of mine can be scary at times, but in the end, she is just my cute little sister after all. She still can't take care of herself.
