"Dad…" Hinata stared at Hyūga Hiashi.

"First Pre-requisite is Physical ability, right now, you are fast, but you are nowhere near as fast as Rock Lee or Naruto…"

"So you will need to train according to my instructions to gain that speed."

Kakashi showed two fingers towards Sasuke.
"Second Pre-requisite is Sharingan, which you already have."
"Why Sharingan?" Sasuke asked.
"The technique is an ultra-fast jab towards your opponent."
"Thus when you have to be fast within a short range, your physical abilities must improve drastically…"
"But when you're moving too fast, it's near impossible for you to see the enemy counter your attack."
