Jaine waved his sketchbook from afar which I think something is written on it but I can't really read it.
Light flashed towards the wounded assassins and it healed them. We've got a good healer right here but can he heal all of us at the same time if we need him?
*SWOOOOOOSH!* Scy appeared near the Goblin Rider Boss.
"Long time no see. Do you remember me?" I don't know if he's asking a rhetorical question or what... but the nasty big goblin is really pissed.
"KACHAAAA! GRRRRR!" I think he remembers you clearly with that kind of response.
"I'll take the Boss and you guys defeat the rest. FIRE BOOSTER!" Scy rushed towards the Boss!
"FIERY FISTS!" He unleashed a fast punch aiming for the Goblin rider to the face!
*SWOOOOOOSH!* Scy stopped the attack! It looks like the Goblin Rider tried to defend himself with his sword. If Scy didn't stop his attack then his hands should be severely wounded by now. You have to be careful. This guy can't be defeated with fists alone.
"FIERY WAVE!" Scy's first move was just a distraction! He unleashed a powerful fire burst that covered the goblin and his giant wolf! They must be burnt to a crisp by now!
"KACHAAAAA! GWAAAAAH!" The giant wolf lifted his body a bit and slammed the ground pushing away the flame that covers their body! What?! It has no effect at all! Scy's flame didn't really do that much damage!
"I can tell that you really became tougher this time, even your wolf pal here doesn't look like she's afraid of fire." Scy must be surprised. If I'm not wrong, they fought this guy when they were just starting but I don't think a beginner can really defeat something like this guy but he's Scy so they managed somehow.
The others are trying to ambush the remaining goblin riders but they are really having a hard time this time because unlike earlier, the goblin riders are now awake. Their wolves protect their riders while goblins use long spears to fend off the attackers.
"KACHAAAAA!" Goblins are dumb so they only use their instincts to fight and search for enemies. They tame wolves to guide them when they need to track some food and to move freely. And as I can see, the only one word I can really hear from them is "Kacha". (Trivia: Kacha means Kacha)
The Goblin Rider Boss rushed towards Scythus! It's like he's just attacking randomly without thinking. Unlike the other goblin riders, this Boss is using a dual sword. He needs to get closer to Scy before he can really unleash an attack.
*SWOOOOOOOSH!* What?! He unleashed a dual shockwave using both of his swords towards Scy! It doesn't look a weak attack too!
"DARK SLASH!" It's like a light sword but this has a dark element. I don't know the difference but it might come in handy next time in my battles. He stopped the attack with his dark slash! Scy was forced to use his sword. I hope Scy isn't underestimating his opponent.
*BAAAAAAAAAAM!* Oh crap! Scy was hit by the giant wolf's tackle! It wasn't as powerful as the Legendary Boss' attacks but he still took damage.
"Damn wolf. Just like the last time. I saw the attack but it's too fast that I didn't have the chance to avoid it." He's right. It's like the giant wolf leaped so fast even with the Goblin riding him. It must have pretty good legs.
"Now I'm angry! FIRE BOOSTER!" Scy once again burst in flames and is now flying in high speed!
*SWOOOOSH!* Scy got near him and the Goblin tried to attack him with his swords but the flame started to burst in his left foot! The force of the flame of his left foot pushed Scy to the right side of the Goblin making him dodge the attack and not only that!
"ROUNDHOUSE FIERY KICK BURST!"
*BAAAAAAAAM!* Scy's left foot suddenly burst in so much speed and make a roundhouse kick hitting the face of the Goblin Rider!
The Goblin flew away and hit the ground so hard. If a person was hit by that then I think his head will be really messed up.
"KACHAAAA!" The Goblin Rider doesn't look like a normal person to me. The goblin once again hopped to the wolf-like nothing happened but I can tell that it's really hurt by that attack. I tried to check where Scy is but... he's gone already!
*BAAAAAAAAAM!* What?! The Goblin Rider was again sent flying! Is it just me or he's really making fun of the Goblin.
"KACHAAAAA!" The armor of the Goblin Rider changed, even his wolf has armor. I think it's his rage mode.
"You dare try to attack my guild and the Simple Village! I will show you the definition of RAGE MODE! THUNDERBIRD'S WRATH!" Scy used Thunderbird! And there he goes again. He transformed into "She".
"KACHAAAA! GRRRRRRR!" The giant wolf once again charges to Scy with that incredible fast speed!
"THUNDERBIRD'S LIGHTING SWORD!"
*BAAAAAAAAAM!* The giant wolf managed to get near Scy but before it hit him, Scy's sword with lightning element stabbed the giant's wolf head from above and nailed the sword to the ground forcing the wolf to stop. The giant wolf, of course, died from that attack and the because of a sudden stop, the Goblin was dismounted and sent flying to the ground.
"KACHAAAAA!" You can feel the hate of the Goblin while swinging his swords to Scy but Scy avoided them! Scy is really strong and stronger than before.
"KACHAAAAAA!" The Goblin attacked Scy with his swords! It's easy to dodge so... What?! The sword of the Goblin pierced the chest of Scy! Did the Goblin hit him directly?!
"KACHA?" I guess not! The goblin thought he hit Scy but he didn't! The sword went pass through him like the Goblin hit nothing!
"THUNDERBIRD'S EARTH SHATTERING THUNDER!" Scy waved his hand and suddenly, lightning came from above and struck the Goblin! The Goblin was hit and disappeared after turning to ashes! What superb spell damage!
But how did Scy do something like that?! How is he not affected by the sword of the Goblin? This is my first time seeing something like that. I don't think that anyone saw it because they are busy with the other goblin riders who are still alive. Well, as long as we won. After watching Scy, both of us helped them clean up the rest.
"Good job fellas. You did well today. Let's head back and get some rest." I think you are the one who did really well today.
-Life Guild-
We headed back to the guild bringing some wolf bodies. I know it's disgusting but who am I to say no to Scy's orders? He said that it would be useful.
We reached the guild and it looks like something is going on inside our guild's Inn. The last time I saw it, it was a small pub but I guess they upgraded it. The innkeeper would be Chelly and Selene. They sell stuff but I don't think that's what's going on.
After putting down some of the wolves I gathered, don't ask if how many I carried because girls should never carry stuff, I went to the inn where there's a commotion. The nearer I get, the louder the sound gets.
"WOOOOOAH! This is the best meal I've ever tasted! Great job, Miss Emily!" Elou looks like he's enjoying what he's doing right now... and he's eating.
It looks like most of our guild members are all here and eating... Should you all be on guard duty right now? While we were fighting, you guys are here eating. That's really unfair but... hmmmmmmm! The smell of the food is really tickling my nose! I should try some too!
"What the heck is going on?!" Thank God I stopped before Scy got here.
"Scy, relax. We are just eating. We are all hungry. Come and join us!" Dumb Elou. Scy would never...
"Wow! Is that the food Emily cooked?! Let me have some, you voracious guy!" You're better than that Scy... Anyway, what about the guard duty? Oh well, who cares. I went to where I can order.
"Hello, Miss Zaza!" It's Zia...
"Hello there Miss Emily. It's Zia. I remembered Elou didn't introduce me that well."
"Oh, Sorry. Elou tends to have a problem with names. Anyway, here's the menu." She gave me something like a paper with words written on it.
"Here is my order. And how much is it?"
"Haha. Don't worry about it. It's your guild's ingredients after all and my service is free for saving us so eat all you can. Wait for a moment and I'll cook it for you." Her eyes don't really show how happy she is. Her Inn was destroyed and she has no place to go. Rebuilding her inn is easy but it's not like before. People are scared to go out and travel.
"Here you go! Have fun!" She gave me my order and it really smells delicious!
I tasted it and WOW! No wonder they enjoy the food. It's really great! After a while, I ate to my heart's content.
