Then I found some switches nearby where I hid. I switched them off because I'm really desperate to get away. The lights went out as people started to find me.
"What the? Someone switched off the light. Can someone do something?" Petula ordered and I heard a couple of footsteps going in my direction. It's really dark but it seems my eyes are getting used to the darkness and I can see a bit now.
I tried to move away as fast as I can. I thought I could get away without a problem but...
Ack! I bumped into something or someone! I fell to the floor as I lost my balance and then that something or someone also fell on top of me! What anime crap is this?! I can tell that she's a girl because of her perfume too!
"I'm sorry. Are you ok?" I asked as I help her up.

"That's right and if she'd know that I'm Scy then I don't think this will end smoothly on my part. Anyway, where are the others?"
"Mari and Azzie are already eating buffet over there and I can tell that they are trying to hide their monstrous appetite." Like you're one to talk.
"Zia is with them and it seems that they are talking about the invasion. You guys really did well training my sister, kudos for that." I don't know where did she get that kind of power in a short time but I can tell she got a boost or something.
"Anyway, I have to eat something or I'll die right here. I'll see you later." She said and went straight into the buffet section.
*Chara's POV*
That guy I bumped into was Scy. I can't just sense his similar presence but his voice is the same as that guy. He left me alone, though. A really good way to show gentlemanliness. I heard that someone switched off the lights but who am I to confirm.
"Banana Girl! Is that you?! You're such a beauty." Beauty what now? It's Jay. I can tell by the way he talks...
"Did someone hit you on the head? And I told you to call me Chara... Anyway, welcome to our place. Please have fun." But I said it sarcastically while smiling.
"Why are you so being formal. This place is so amazing. Why are your eyes closed, though?"
"Well, I'm blind so... that's why." It's really not my strong suit to say that.
"Really?" Such a simple reply. Wait... I raised my hand to stop something getting close to me!
"I thought you said you're blind? Then how come you stopped me?" Did you just tried to hug me?!
"For heaven's sake! My eyes were closed and then I've felt a malicious presence getting near me! Thankfully, I was right to stop it!" Showing annoyance.
"I was just joking. I already know that you're blind because you're the only one who didn't fall in love with me." This guy's delusions are getting worse. He really needs to see a psychiatrist.

"It's really good. I literally tasted every single dishes in this place..." That's not something you should be proud of. He started explaining stuff but I just smiled as I stopped listening to him and just idle around waiting for something to happen.
After a while, I've sensed a familiar presence on the stage. I don't know why but I guess I can sense people easily because of me being blind.

I would like to introduce you to one of our NLO themed first game, "Defender, Archer, Spell Caster!" This game is similar to Rock Paper Scissors. Defender beats Archer, Archer beats Spellcaster and Spell Caster beats Defender. Easy right?" What is it this time?
"As you can see, there are quite a lot of players present today and if all of us will participate then it would take a lot of time so four players will be chosen from both guilds and will compete, instead" Petula explained. Kind of reasonable.
"The winner guild will receive one million dollars as the prize. Also, the commentator for today's competition will be Aika, New Life Online's dedicated reporter, and Sir Maximus, not only the guild leader of Order of Light but also the President of our Country." One million dollars?! Seriously?! And how on earth did she get the President?!
"YEAAAAAAH! WOOOOOOOH!" You can hear the excitement inside the hall after the people heard about the prize money. The prize amount is too much. We're really dead if father heard about this.
"Hello there, I'm not here to advertise our guild or anything but please visit our guild, Order of Light, and I'm sure you will have the best time of your life and don't do drugs." Thank you, Mr. President, for your heartwarming message.
"I, Aika, will be your commentator again, with Mr. President, for tonight's "Defender, Archer, Spell Caster Tournament!". The rules are simple, a player has two HP and if he loses a match, he loses one HP. One player fights against an opposing player. If a player loses HP, the team can change player. Both sides will use the same symbols as Rock Paper Scissors as Rock is Warrior, Paper is Spell Caster and Archer is Scissors. We will give you time now to choose players." Aika explained. Oh, this is not going to be fun at all.
Jay called me and helped me go to our place. I think we will be preparing for this little tournament of ours.
"Yow guys. Who wants to join the tournament? Of course, I will be the leader. All of you will still get the price if we win so we have to choose the best players." Jay seems to be enthusiastic. Though, he really sucks big time when it comes to this game.
"I'll join you. I need to have some exposure you know." This guy is Arvin. I don't know much about him but his in-game appearance is kind of older than me and has a big build. Most of us don't really like him because of his annoying attitude and dirty tricks.
"Well, if you say so. Anyone else? How about you Briam?" Jay asked. Briam's in-game appearance is tall and with normal complexion guy. He's quite smart and mostly our strategist and designer of our guild. I heard he's studying to become one of the best engineers. But he's kind of hard to approach from time to time because of his serious aura.
"Sure. As if we have a better choice." Briam replied. Kind of bold but he's right.
"Son's not here so e need one more participant. How about you, Banana Girl? Want to join us?" I don't think that this is a good idea but I guess I don't have a choice, do I? Unfortunately, we were not able to fetch Son.

"Good. I guess it's time for us to win some money!" I really don't care if we win or lose, though.
