Battle apes were a very cooperative species.
Although there were three major tribes of battle apes in this forest, not only did they exist in harmony, but they also mixed together to from several habitats throughout the central forest.
Not even one of the three tribal chiefs did try to seize full control of the battle apes, they instead shared it quite fairly.
However, this peace didn't last long, the maverick black furred ape suddenly appeared and challenged the chiefs to individual battles.
The outcome was devastating, they all lost, and as a race that was called 'Battle' apes, they had to accept the victor's demand and fight fairly.
As such, although they could have won at that time if they teamed together, their tradition and pride didn't let them follow through.
The black furred ape became the Ape king and the battle apes submitted, the chiefs believed that maybe uniting under a single king might be for the better of the whole battle apes.
But unfortunately, things only got worse. The Ape king demanded sacrifices every month for the so called king of the beasts, and especially apes at higher training stages.
In fear of disharmony if they rebelled and fought him together, the chiefs grit their teeth as they accepted his demands.
The Ape king got stronger and stronger, until they finally realized what actually happened to the sacrifices.
However, it was all too late, they couldn't beat him with his current strength even if they fought together.
And finally, the day that they feared had really came, the Ape king captured the chiefs for his last part of the plan.
This ceremony was the last ceremony but also the most important of them all.
As the Ape king's body had hit the limit once again, he decided to break through these limits once again in this gamble.

The howls continued as another weird phenomena started to manifest, the Ap king's fur started changing colour once again.
He looked like a chameleon who was adapting to the scenery, but the change happened chaotically.
In the end, the change stopped, but the Ape king looked even weirder.
His main body and the leg he was standing on were now like a child's painting that contained mixed colors of black, blue, green and red.
While his other three limbs had the individual colors of blue, green and red, each limb was colored in one of these colors.
The Ape king then stopped howling as he stared at me fiercely.
I shuddered, it looked like the Ape king held a grudge.
This was going to be a very tough battle.
