He warned them to stay away and not bother them, He wanted to have a private meeting first, and then he would introduce Alexa to the whole family during dinner.
The First Lady was not happy to be left out, but she has no choice in the matter. Even though she's very curious as to what Alexa looks like in person and if she also knows how to speak English. She would have to wait until dinner time.

A knock came, and the door opens, Logan came in first to inform The President that Miss Alexa has arrived. He then opened the door wide enough for Alexa followed by the private investigator to enter. "Please, come in! The President is waiting for you." Logan exited as soon as he finished his intro and closed the door behind him.
Lucas who's standing guard outside the door has a big smile on his face as his twin brother approaches him. "She's something, isn't she? You know who she reminds me off, our baby sisters Lea and Ann." "How I wish we could have been the one to bring this little miss back from the Philippines, then we could have been able to attend the wedding." Lucas continued with a sadness in his eyes.
Logan tapped his twin brother on his shoulder, "It's alright! You would be seeing them soon, Lea's wedding is coming up in a year, and they would be attending for sure. So, wait until then and keep yourself busy with little Miss Alexa. Hahaha!"
"What do you mean to keep me busy, what would you be doing at the meantime? You will be doing the same thing as I do, keeping busy babysitting the little Miss. Hahaha!" Lucas banter to her bother's joke.

Meanwhile, inside the Private parlor, Alexa was awestruck and unable to utter a word of greetings to the person in front of her. She just stared like an idiot, speechless. When she finally found her voice, what came out was not a greeting but more of a question.
"Hello! Are you the President of the United States of America?"

President Grant and the Private Investigator looked at each other before they started laughing so hard and loudly. "You want to have a picture with me...?
"Yes, Mr. President, I'm going to inform my cousin Andrea about meeting you in person. But, if I don't have proof, she would never believe me." Alexa explained as detailed as she could. Hopefully, it's enough for the President to agree.
President Grant wanted to give her the world. If taking pictures would make her happy, it's fine then. He pushed the button on his desk and asked to send a photographer to take their first picture.
