A young man around the age of 18 was walking towards a huge wall. The youth had light brown hair, with blue eyes. The youth was wearing tough leather armor, along with two daggers on both sides of his waist.
The youth was wearing a small grin on his face. The guards on the wall looked down at the youth in awe. The aura coming from the youth was intense, they knew for sure he was top tier gold.
Of course, this youth was Zuhn Sheng. Zuhn changed his appearance completely, making him a lot younger than he actually was. Zuhn also changed his aura that he gave off. Making it seem like he was at the peak of Gold.
Looking up, Zuhn could see some of the guards on the wall. Their faces were different, some were worried while others were in shock. Zuhn understood, he was pretty giving off a pretty strong aura.
Once Zuhn got to the gate, two guards approached him. The two guards that were approaching him were around the beginning stages of Gold. They each were wearing suits of iron armor, they also each at longswords in hand.
"Sir! What is your business here?"
Zuhn stayed calm and looked at the two guards with a gentle smile.
"I would like to join The White Rose Sect."
Hearing the response from the youth, the two guards looked at each other for a couple of seconds.
"This way."
Both of the guards walked behind Zuhn as he walked through the gate. Once he walked inside the walls, the guards pointed him in the direction of the recruiting center.
When Zuhn took his first look at the entrance of the city he was quite shocked. When Zuhn left the city, it was completely destroyed from the demons. His sect was just beginning to repair the city. Now the city was fully functional, many people roamed the streets.
Many shops were lined up on the street in front of Zuhn. Zuhn could see multiple places to get food, along with blacksmiths and even a potion shop.
Zuhn was told to go down the street until he saw a big black building. While walking, Zuhn looked at each of the stores slowly.
'Barry's Blacksmith'
Barry's Blacksmith caught Zuhn attention out of all stores on the street. It was a medium-sized building with two guards standing outside of the door.
Zuhn could hear the sound of the blacksmith forging weapons inside. Stopping for a moment Zuhn embraced the sound. After memorizing the location of the store to return at a later date.
Zuhn kept walking until he found the black building the guard mentioned. The building was huge, around the building was a small wall. Multiple guards stood on and around the gate watching below.
When Zuhn walked up to the gate and told them that he was here to join the sect they quickly let him inside. The guards could feel the powerful aura coming off Zuhn, and wanted to move him inside quickly.
After Zuhn entered the building multiple of the guards started to speak about him.
"Damn! That's youth strength is insane."
"Yea, you got that right. He looks only around 18 and he's already at the peak of Gold."
"Well, that kid must have talent. Unlike me, who's still stuck in silver."
A well-built man wearing full iron armor and had a longsword on his waist walked up to the guards.
"All of you! Get back to work!"
All of the guards that were talking quickly straighten up and stopped talking. Each one of the guards ran back to the gate.
The man scratched his beard as he looked back at the large building.
"That's youth is quite powerful."
The man took one more glance at the building before returning to the gate.
Inside the building, Zuhn walked up to a small table in the middle of the room. An old man was sitting reading a book. When the man noticed Zuhn come in, he put down his book and looked at Zuhn.
"What are you here for? Books? Missions? The Shop?"
The man looked quite unpleasant at the fact that Zuhn interrupted his reading.
"I would like to join The White Roses Sect."
Hearing Zuhn's words the old man was rather shocked. He thought that Zuhn was either a powerful outer sect member or an inner sect member. He would have never thought such a powerful youth hadn't already joined a sect.
The old man changed his attitude towards Zuhn in a split second.
"Ah! You want to join the sect? Alright, please follow me."
The old man slowly got up from his chair and started to walk to the back of the room. A large black door stood in front of both Zuhn and the old man.
The man leaned forward and whispered a couple of words to the door. Zuhn found this confusing, but the door slowly started to open. The old man led Zuhn to another small room.
"Sit"
The old man pointed to a wooden chair next to the wall. Zuhn sat down and watched the old man.
"I'll be right back with your tester."
Zuhn watched the man as he walked out of Zuhn view. Minutes later, the old man came back. Only he was with a middle-aged man.
"Please follow me."
Zuhn got out of his chair and followed the man. The man brought Zuhn into a larger room than the one he was in. The man walked over to a large desk and pointed to a chair in front of the desk.
"Alright, My name is Zheng Fa."
Zuhn nodded his head. Zuhn was about to say his name but thought it would be a better idea not to say his real name.
"My name is Ju Sheng."
The man wrote down Zuhn's name on a small piece of paper in front of him.
"Alright, Ju Sheng I'm going to ask you a couple of question before we start our physical trials."
"Firstly, What is your cultivation base?"
"Peak of Gold."
Hearing Zuhn's words the man stood still for a couple of seconds before writing it down on his paper.
"Next, Why do you want to join The White Rose Sect?"
Zuhn stayed quite for a couple of seconds before speaking.
"Well, I've been traveling around the continent for a couple of years. I've heard tales of this sect defeating those demons that invaded years ago. From the tales, the leader of the sect sounded powerful, and now that I'm here it looks like a nice place to join."
Zheng Fa wrote down a couple of notes.
"Alright, I don't think I need to ask you any more question. Let's go to the physical trials."
Zheng Fa walked Zuhn down a dark hallway, when they got to the end Zuhn walked into a huge room. All around the room was different people sparing and practicing their skills.
Feeling from all of the auras around Zuhn, most of the people were Silver or below. When the others in the room noticed Zuhn walk in, they all stopped and stared at him.
Zuhn kept a straight face and kept walking. Zheng Fa waved his hand in the air, and a small door opened in front of him. Inside was a decent sized room, it looked like a small practice area.
"Alright, considering that you are already Peak Gold, we really don't need to bother with the other physical trials. The only trial you have to do is, facing me in a battle."
Zheng Fa snapped his fingers, a light blue barrier surrounded the room.
"This barrier will help keep the damage to a minimum."
Zheng Fa moved back to one of the sides of the room. He took out his longsword and moved into a fighting stance. Zuhn didn't move, he just kept his eyes on Zheng Fa.
"Alright, are you ready?"
Zuhn nodded his head.
"Start!"
The man moved extremely fast towards Zuhn. To Zuhn the man was moving relatively slow, considering the cultivation differences. Zheng Fa moved his sword multiple times in seconds.
Causing multiple slashes to come Zuhn's way. With insane speed, Zuhn moved out of the way of the slashes. All of the slashes hit the barrier behind Zuhn.
Zuhn still with a calm expression on his face looked at Zheng Fa.
"Y-You!"
The man went from a calm person to someone with strong killing intent. Zheng Fa turned around with rage and rushed at Zuhn again.
Zheng Fa was slashing his sword faster now, sending more slashes towards Zuhn. Zuhn had been fighting for so many years in the Heavenly Realm, that his fighting instincts kicked in.
Once Zheng Fa got close, Zuhn with his bare hands took the sword out of the man's hand. Punching Zheng Fa multiple times before taking Zheng Fa sword and raising it to the man's neck.
Everything happened so fast, that Zheng Fa couldn't even react to the attacks of Zuhn. Once the pain of the strikes caught up to Zheng Fa he started to spit out blood.
He was now looking down his own sword, into Zuhn's emotionless eyes. Zuhn was wearing a cold smile, he was about to kill Zheng Fa. Though, he remembered he was trying to join the sect. Not becoming a target.
Zuhn tossed Zheng Fa sword on the ground. Zheng Fa took a moment to get up.
"Y-You… Passed."
Zheng Fa wiped the blood off his face before grabbing his sword. Zheng Fa turned towards Zuhn.
"Go back to the main entrance… I'll bring you the contract to join the sect."
Zuhn nodded and returned to the entrance. While he was walking out of the practice room. All eyes were on him, first Zuhn walked out. Then Zheng Fa walked out, only he was limping slightly with blood coming out of his mouth.
The other sect members we shocked seeing Zheng Fa badly injured. Everyone looked at Zheng Fa and back at Zuhn. Shocked filled everyone's face, Zuhn smiled before leaving the room.
Zheng Fa entered his office and yelled for one of his assistants.
"Liu, Go report to my master. Tell her a strong student just enrolled into the Sect."
The young girl quickly left Zheng Fa's office.
Zheng Fa struggled for a couple of minutes before walking out his office with a contract in hand. When Zuhn saw Zheng Fa walking over to him, he stood up.
Zheng Fa handed Zuhn a small piece of paper with a pen.
Zuhn didn't really care what the contract said, because he was the leader of the sect anyway. Zuhn took the pen and instantly signed the contract.
Seeing this, Zheng Fa was gravely confused.
"You're not going to read it?"
"Nope."
Zuhn handed the contract back to Zheng Fa.
"A-Alright… You are now an official member of The White Roses Sect. Here is your dorm building and your room number."
Zheng Fa gave Zuhn a small piece of paper. Zuhn stuffed it into his pocket.
After taking the paper, Zuhn left the building. Leaving Zheng Fa slightly stunned.
Outside Zuhn was about to leave the gates of the building.
"Wait!"
Zuhn turned around, Zheng Fa was running towards him.
"You forgot this."
Zheng Fa handed Zuhn a small badge. The badge at a small white rose on it.
"Also, Ju Sheng. I'm a student of Master Na Yu. Master Na Yu is the commander of the military here. I think that you would be a great fighter, could you please come to the barracks in three days. I think you would be a good fit, you may even become a leader of a team."
Zuhn took the badge a put it on his leather armor.
"Na Yu..."
Zuhn mumbled under his breath.
"Alright… I'll come to the barracks in three days after I'm all settled in my dorm."
Zheng Fa smiled and watched Zuhn walk out of the gates. After walking out of the gates, Zuhn took a deep breath. Remembering what Na Yu looked like before he left. He also wanted to know how she changed after so many years.

Zheng Fa turned towards Zuhn."Go back to the main entrance I'll bring you the contract to join the sect."Zuhn nodded and returned to the entrance. While he was walking out of the practice room. All eyes were on him, first Zuhn walked out. Then Zheng Fa walked out, only he was limping slightly with blood coming out of his mouth.The other sect members we shocked seeing Zheng Fa badly injured. When Zuhn saw Zheng Fa walking over to him, he stood up.Zheng Fa handed Zuhn a small piece of paper with a pen.Zuhn didn't really care what the contract said, because he was the leader of the sect anyway. Zuhn took the pen and instantly signed the contract.Seeing this, Zheng Fa was gravely confused."You're not going to read it?""Nope."Zuhn handed the contract back to Zheng Fa."A-Alright You are now an official member of The White Roses Sect.
