Lu Cheng explained her circumstances to Tan Lin angrily, cursing at Su Hong and Su Jiang on multiple occasions.

Whenever she was with Tan Lin, she felt she could to let her guard down and show her true emotions. After meeting him in high school, they instantly connected and became best friends. To this day, he was her closest friend.

Tan Lin understood her feelings completely.

"This is the Black Diamond Mall, you have to be used to these things. Not to mention the executive floor. I think you did the right thing backing away," Tan Lin reasoned.

"It still doesn't feel right, backing down to a man," Lu Cheng huffed out, looking down at her empty cup of tequila with a trace of anger.

"Well, you're going to have to if you want to continue working here," Tan Lin said.

Lu Cheng sighed violently and stood up from her seat abruptly.

"See you later. I got to go back to work now. My lunch break's over," Lu Cheng smiled and grabbed her credit card. She threw her coat on her back and waved her hand, her back to him.

Tan Lin waved back, and after watching her walking away, muttered under his breath, "B*tch."

"I heard that!!!" She shouted innocently, "Watch your back, you f*cker!"

"F*CK!" Tan Lin shouted with frustration, "How to hell did you hear me?"

But this time, she simply walked away without a response, smiling her malicious smile.

Tan Lin clicked his tongue and smiled back. He leaned his head on his hand, quickly finishing his own drink.

'See you later, b*tch'

An Hour Later, Front Entrance

A roaring sports car pulled up the front of the mall, screeching to a stop. His shiny, red paint shimmered under the sunlight and stole the attention of everyone nearby. All their eyes were glued to the door of the car, seeing what type of man would own such an expensive and dazzling car.

Su Jiang opened the door slowly, planting his foot onto the pavement. His cold and wild eyes flashed proudly as he walked forward. His tie and suit made him look especially composed and calm.

Su Hong silently crawled up behind him, all his radiance being canceled out by this brother's. He felt a little frustrate, but let it go. Even though he thought his, in his heart he knew that even if he wanted to avenge himself, he wouldn't be able to do a thing.

The woman in the crowd squealed in excitement and a few of them even fainted.

"SU JIANG!!!"

The men looked away jealously, not wanted to feel bad about themselves by comparing. Where was their face after encountering the perfect bachelor? They couldn't compare themselves in anyway.

Looks? He was one of the most handsome men in the country, if not the most handsome.

Capabilities? He had singlehandedly created a billion-dollar company.

Age? He was a youth at the age of twenty-seven.

Money? Don't even mention it.

The only thing that gave them a bit of solace and made all the country's woman weep in despair was that, even though he was single, he hadn't hooked up with any woman. This immediately eliminated the strongest competitor.

Well, at least the gods weren't too unfair.

Su Jiang had a bit of trouble pushing through the large crowd, but his just a portion of his strength was enough to storm though them. His broad shoulders were like a hot knife cutting through butter, streaming through flawlessly.

Su Hong, on the other hand, was struggling to stay alive. If his brother hadn't rescued him and another minute had passed, he would have definitely been trampled beneath the feet of the energetic crowd.

"Bro tell your driver to go through the back door next time," Su Hong said weakly. Although the crowd hounded him down was bad, the fact that no one had noticed him dealt a serious blow to his confidence more than being stepped on did. His brother stood out too much that it was becoming a bad thing.

"Security guard," Su Jiang said emotionless, picking Su Hong and putting him front of a spiral staircase.

Su Hong, understanding what his brother meant, started to sniff out her life a dog finding the scent of an escaped criminal. Su Jiang followed with a distant stare as his brother sniffed away.

After a minute or two Su Hong suddenly stopped. He quickly ran back to Su Jiang with a wagging tail.

"She's right there," Su Hong said, pointing at a small table.

There, with Lu Cheng, was another man.

Su Jiang's aura became unstable and his entire face contracted and twisted with a frosty grimace. He had already claimed Lu Cheng had his and anyone who dared touch her was committing a grave sin.

Su Hong backed up and immediately pitied the fate of the poor man accompanying Lu Cheng. The wrath of his brother was not something a mere mortal could handle. And it looked like Su jiang was fully prepared to unleash it upon this innocent man.

At this moment he realized how important this woman was to his brother.
