At the mad scientist’s den of chaos.
Eerie laughter can be heard echoing nonstop in this laboratory from morning till night. Mado who seems to be in extremely good mood is asking Shin that question while holding a cup of coffee. As a side note, this laboratory obviously has no such thing that can be called a decent beverage. The beans that were used to make that coffee are something that Shin bought from the commercial district.
“Because my power allows you to create a copy of things without any cost?”
“Yes, exactly!! Cost, safety precaution, efficiency, you can make replicas while ignoring all of those!! This is exactly what you would call trickery……, no wait, in the words of fallen people, Cheat!! The Ability that pick a fight against God itself!!”
“But, don’t you think it would be meaningless to defeat a Disaster Class by using cheats?”

After hearing Mado’s words, Shin recalled the decision that Yutarika village made when they weren’t saved yet by the Seikishin back then. At that time, they decide to let 100 people be eaten by the Varaha so that it would go to sleep, and the people accepted that result as a matter of fact.
“It does not necessarily have to be Disaster Class. It’s enough if the common adventurers became able to defeat a super class, I’m sure the world is going to undergo a change if that happen!!”
“A world that doesn’t need Artificial God, is it?”
“No, Artificial God will not disappear. There’s no weapon that is more efficient in regards of divine power after all. However the amount of Artificial God needed to defeat a Disaster Class will be far less than what we need right now, and that would set the path for your wish. In order to protect Yuri who is the Miko of the Seikishin, he wants power that won’t make him lose to anyone.
When Mado heard that explanation, he looked at Shin straight and said this.

“Alright, let’s start the explanation about the prototype I made then”

There are two magic tools placed in front of Shin, both of them looked smaller compared to the Pilebunker that he had seen before. Mado then started his explanation while wearing a happy face.

Mado pointed at a magic tool that looks like two pieces of 2 meters long stake that is connected vertically. The tip is sharpened to its limit, and while the tool looks a little plain, the impression that it gives would be delicate and beautiful.
“If you pressed the tip part against a barrier, the two stakes will divide to the left and right and destroy the barrier. It worked by making the power inside a Super Class Mana Stone going wild and interferes with the mechanism of barriers as a result. My estimation is that it will be able to destroy the barrier of up to a Special Class, however I don’t know how long it will take for monsters to regenerate their destroyed barrier”
“Can’t you tell that from the data of monsters that were defeated in the past?”
“That’s because we normally would cancel out their barrier continuously by using the barrier of multiple Artificial God. If you treat them to be the same as Artificial God, then it’s probably around 10 seconds or so”

While he was speaking, Mado tapped the surface of the other cylindrically shaped magic tool. The length is about 2 meters and the diameter of the tube is around 50 cm. The tool looked simple apart from a handle attached on the top and four sharp nail-like objects that is arranged at the tip.
“This is a Pilebunker for those who pursue power to the limit. It uses the Mana Stone of a Special Class and converted all of that divine power into explosive power to send the specially made stake directly into the target. The nails on the tip are fixtures, and…… after injecting the stake, this thing is going to explode with 100% certainty. You shouldn’t hold it in your hand”
“So I’m supposed to run away after securing it with the nails and pressed the switch right? Isn’t that perfect because of the 10 seconds time limit?”
“Well, it’s originally just a diversion I made for something that can be used by Artificial Gods. The other tool is stable because it can be activated by only using the surplus power of Artificial Gods, but in exchange it has no destructive power to speak of. Meanwhile this Pilebunker is designed to purposely make the divine power in a Special Class Mana Stone running wild, the power output cannot be compared at all”
After being told that, Shin took a better look at the tool in question. The tool’s weight is something that he doubt he could lift even with his physical reinforcement activated in full force, however that matter won’t be a problem if he created the tool immediately after he had reached zero distance with his target. There’s no doubt that this thing cannot be used by anyone other than Shin, and he himself also understand it.
“Now then, if you use these two, you will have the barrier interference capability of two or more Artificial God, and also the destructive power of an Artificial God in a human body”

After their lesson is finished and Shin came out with Blue and the rest, they encountered Mado who is waiting for Shin on top of a carriage while wearing a wide grin on his face.

“Umu, I cannot wait any longer. I have brought some food from the stall, we should depart immediately!!”

Right now, the academy has permitted someone with that kind of ability to go on a “journey”, something that would bring anguish to the people in Academy side in the past.

After Shin apologized to Blue, Frey and Sebas responded while smiling wryly. Shin wondered about just what these two had heard about Mado that made them fidget around as they talk, and that fact also brought a wry smile to his face.
“It’s fine to go into a brothel, but you should eat your lunch properly”
“Nah, If I managed to encounter them, I’ll definitely end up filling myself with that disgusting energy dish”

“I have never met them, but you guys sure made it sound very amazing”
Shin understand that it’s useless to advise these two who are fully intending to do it until their limit if they managed to met the person they’re talking about, and so he climbed into the carriage while rising his hand.

During their travel, Mado is giving Shin explanation about the monster that is going to be his opponent.
Its name is Yurlungur. A huge snake monster with body made of metal that can spew a lightning from its mouth. The target this time seems to be one that is still young in age. After a few decades, it would turn into an adult and their body would change into a rainbow color, and their difficulty would rise into a Special Class.
Its position is close to the Academy, and because there are no villages in the vicinity, the monster had been left unattended. It’s the perfect target for what they need right now.
“But still, there really is a Super Class monster this close to us huh”
“That’s a little wrong. If you travel by carriage for a couple of days, you will find Super Class monsters everywhere. Monsters that possess such level of threats are that many. You can find an Advanced Class simply by going into a forest. If those Super Class and above aren’t limited by their year-long dormant period, humanity would be extinct by now”
“I couldn’t even begin to imagine the era when there’s no Artificial God”
While continuing their conversation, Shin took a peek at the coach seat. Shin and Mado are inside the carriage right now, while the one who sit in the coach seat is a stern man who joined them in the Academy’s gate.
“We’re going to withdraw immediately if I judge it to be too dangerous”

The man called Ein is Mado’s bodyguard. Whenever Mado would plunge himself into a dangerous area, Ein would be assigned as his bodyguard every time. On top of that, he’s a person who doesn’t care for anything other than his guard duty, so Shin is relieved because he doesn’t need to be too wary.
“Alright, we’re going to camp at a fitting place for now. We’ll start the hunt tomorrow morning”

They entered a forest with a distance of several hours from their carriage. Yurlungur is located in a field of shallow water that can be called a small pond. Its huge snake body is wrapped in the color of copper, and the thickness of its torso easily exceed 1 meter. It keep staring at the approaching Shin quietly.
“What was it’s called again, Pit Organ? Well, I don’t know if it has that or not, but now that we have encountered each other, the story will be easy”
Shin is approaching slowly while matching his sight with the Yurlungur who is staring down at him with eyes devoid of emotion. Shin could sense the presence of Mado who is positioned far behind him. He’s currently using a telescope to watch from a sufficiently safe distance, and after confirming that he will be okay, Shin removed him from his consciousness and slowly took a deep breath.
“It’s not that much different from a Mad Boar, if any, that guy looks more threatening”
“Shaaaaaaaaaaa”
While it obviously doesn’t understand Shin’s words, Yurlungur responded by lifting its huge body slowly while letting out an intimidating aura that proves its worthiness to be called a Super Class monster. Shin is tilting his head to confirm the position of its head at a position that reminded him of the height of the Seikishin.
“Let’s get started shall-…….we!!”

As soon as Yurlungur opened its mouth, the ground in front of it burst open. Shin who had already performed evasive maneuver judged that it was caused by its lightning breath that is invisible to the naked eye, and then he approached quickly while pulling a sword from his waist and strike it against Yurlungur with his physical reinforcement activated in full force.
“It doesn’t work!!”
The feeling of hitting something hard is returning to Shin’s hands, and he muttered in a small voice to ask himself whether this is the power of the barrier or not. He’s confirming that his many strikes performed in quick succession have no effect on it, all while evading the lightning breath, bites, and coiling attack aimed at him.
After a few minutes have passed, Shin returned his sword that has become tattered to the sheath on his waist and sighed a little. Its attack is a monotonous one that relies on the size of its body combined with its lightning breath, but there’s no doubt that it’s an opponent that cannot be defeated by an Adventurer.
“Still, I don’t feel a sense of crisis even though it has a barrier. The Mad Boar is much scarier”
“Shaaaaaaaa”
As he spoke, Shin evaded the upcoming lightning breath without even needing to confirm it, and then he began his preparation to defeat Yurlungur which had moved from the water field to the ground. Shin jumped around while avoiding its body to pressure Yurlungur, and then he activated his [Creation] in the air.
“Apport [Divider]!!”
The Divider appeared in Shin’s hands. Apport is an ability that allows someone to transport an object from a specific place. After consulting with Mado, Shin has decided to falsify himself as a fighter type adventurer who fights by summoning magical tools created by Mado.

The Divider hit Yurlungur, and flowers of sparkles are created on the place where the barrier are stabbed. The divider’s two stakes then split open to the left and right, as soon as that happened, Shin pulled out his sword from the hip and thrusts it against Yurlungur’s naked body, and red blood spurted out from inside.
“GYAAaAaAaaaaaAA”
“Its red huh”
Shin muttered in a small voice while looking at the Yurlungur writhing in pain. His time limit is probably around 10 seconds and he must stop stabbing by then, but his purpose this time is to test out the magic tool, so Shin rapidly rushed to the top of Yurlungur’s head which is still writhing in pain, and then when he arrived, Shin calmly opened his mouth.
“Mad Boar is much stronger than you. Apport [Pilebunker]!!”
The Pilebunker is created, and Shin immediately pierced the tip of the barrel against Yurlungur head. He confirmed that the nail is biting and locked into the head, and then Shin pulled the trigger without hesitation and withdraws in one jump.

An explosive sounds is shaking the air. The rear end of the cylinder shaped tool is vibrating like it’s going to explode anytime soon, and the metal stake stored inside the cylinder is injected while rotating. The power of violence it contained easily pierced through Yurlungur’s cranium and stopped when it’s stabbed into the ground, meanwhile, the Pilebunker’s remaining body that withstood the impact tore apart in every direction.
What were left afterwards are the headless Yurlungur and its body which was torn apart into the shape of blooming flower by the Pilebunker’s stakes which are pierced on the ground.

Shin is tilting his head to confirm the position of its head at a position that reminded him of the height of the Seikishin.

As soon as Yurlungur opened its mouth, the ground in front of it burst open. Shin who had already performed evasive maneuver judged that it was caused by its lightning breath that is invisible to the naked eye, and then he approached quickly while pulling a sword from his waist and strike it against Yurlungur with his physical reinforcement activated in full force.

The feeling of hitting something hard is returning to Shin’s hands, and he muttered in a small voice to ask himself whether this is the power of the barrier or not. He’s confirming that his many strikes performed in quick succession have no effect on it, all while evading the lightning breath, bites, and coiling attack aimed at him.
After a few minutes have passed, Shin returned his sword that has become tattered to the sheath on his waist and sighed a little. Its attack is a monotonous one that relies on the size of its body combined with its lightning breath, but there’s no doubt that it’s an opponent that cannot be defeated by an Adventurer.
“Still, I don’t feel a sense of crisis even though it has a barrier. The Mad Boar is much scarier”

As he spoke, Shin evaded the upcoming lightning breath without even needing to confirm it, and then he began his preparation to defeat Yurlungur which had moved from the water field to the ground. Shin jumped around while avoiding its body to pressure Yurlungur, and then he activated his [Creation] in the air.
“Apport [Divider]!!”
The Divider appeared in Shin’s hands. Apport is an ability that allows someone to transport an object from a specific place. After consulting with Mado, Shin has decided to falsify himself as a fighter type adventurer who fights by summoning magical tools created by Mado.
*GIGIGIGIGIGIGIGI* *GIINN*
The Divider hit Yurlungur, and flowers of sparkles are created on the place where the barrier are stabbed. The divider’s two stakes then split open to the left and right, as soon as that happened, Shin pulled out his sword from the hip and thrusts it against Yurlungur’s naked body, and red blood spurted out from inside.
“GYAAaAaAaaaaaAA”
“Its red huh”
Shin muttered in a small voice while looking at the Yurlungur writhing in pain. His time limit is probably around 10 seconds and he must stop stabbing by then, but his purpose this time is to test out the magic tool, so Shin rapidly rushed to the top of Yurlungur’s head which is still writhing in pain, and then when he arrived, Shin calmly opened his mouth.
“Mad Boar is much stronger than you. Apport [Pilebunker]!!”
The Pilebunker is created, and Shin immediately pierced the tip of the barrel against Yurlungur head. He confirmed that the nail is biting and locked into the head, and then Shin pulled the trigger without hesitation and withdraws in one jump.
*GONG*!!
An explosive sounds is shaking the air. The rear end of the cylinder shaped tool is vibrating like it’s going to explode anytime soon, and the metal stake stored inside the cylinder is injected while rotating. The power of violence it contained easily pierced through Yurlungur’s cranium and stopped when it’s stabbed into the ground, meanwhile, the Pilebunker’s remaining body that withstood the impact tore apart in every direction.
What were left afterwards are the headless Yurlungur and its body which was torn apart into the shape of blooming flower by the Pilebunker’s stakes which are pierced on the ground.
