In order to absorb Qi, one must first be able to sense the presence of spiritual energy, only those with spiritual roots are actually able to clearly sense the presence of this energy. This is why only those with innate spiritual roots are able to use spiritual energy for cultivation.

All of the diseases that modern medicine could not cure together with a beautiful and comfortable future for himself, all of these will no longer be unattainable anymore.
