Alexander sighed thinking about Talia and how unbothered she looked standing there watching him drive away. The things she had been doing disappointed him, but it was not his battle to fight. However, if she touches a hair on Zunnie, he unceremoniously vowed to rip her to shreds.

Alex had been deep in thought as he drove to the Bai manor. He only realized that he had driven to Zunnie's family mansion when he saw the building a few meters away.

He cursed inside not discovering he had been driving for almost twenty minutes.

'I really want to see her though.' Her though and continued heading toward Bai manor. When he was closer he picked up his phone and called her deeply hoping she was still awake.

"Honey, were you sleeping?" He asked in a sweet husky voice when she answered sounding groggy.

"I was reading a few contracts for the new doctors we will be hiring, to work the new department at the hospital. Is everything okay?"

"Yes, I'm outside. I missed you an accidentally drove here."

"Let me put on something warm. Be right there." She replied then hang up.

Alex's heart began pounding as he waited for her. Excitement filled his body and all he could think of was Zunnie's warm body. Leaning against his car with his hands tucked away in his suit pants he gazed up at the night sky admiring how visibly the stars appeared.

This brought back good memories. He pulled out his phone and played that video he had secretly recorded the night Zunnie took him to dinner. The night he filmed her pirouetting beneath the night sky.

He blushed as he re-watched the thirty seconds video, falling in love with her all over again.

"Darling...?"

He quickly put his phone away and walked toward her. He picked her up, hugged her tightly then kissed her with all the love he had.

"I know you'll be back, but I really wanted to see you. Even if it's your dad's time. I want to be a little bit greedy." Alex said and kiss her again as she wrapped her legs around his waist.

"Okay, just this once. I missed you too." She said in a muffled voice.

"Shall we go for a walk?" Alex placed her down

"Mhm, is everything okay? Did you eat?" She asked as they walked around the outside garden holding hands.

"I'm not hungry and yes everything is okay." He admitted pulling her to him and kissed her again.

The feeling her warm body gave him was pleasantly intoxicating. He held onto to her inhaling every ounce of her sweetness. She had that fresh of out the shower scent and her shampoo was different than the one she used at home. He could tell that hair was still a bit damp as he ran his long manly fingers through it.

Lost in the moment, Alex began swaying to the imaginable tune of Lady in Red by Chris de Burgh. All that was missing were candles to complete the occasion.

Zunnie remained quiet as she held on to his waist and matched his movements. They were enjoying each other's presence under the picturesque and starry night sky. He was luxuriating the moment when he heard Zunnie's gentle voice.

"Darling?"

"Mhm…"

"I'm really happy you came. I actually wanted to see you too. Thank you for accidentally coming." She smiled up at him making his heart thump erratically.

"You're welcome. Honey, what would you do if I said I wanted to make love to you right now?"

Zunnie's face flushed hearing what he said.

"Umm in the garden? What if someone sees us? I mean it's pretty cold out here."

"Ahh, you're right. I did not think of that. Can you sneak me in?" Alex asked and Zunnie burst into laughter.

"You're shameless Mr. Zi. What am I even going to do with you? Acting like a horny teenager. You're my husband I don't have to sneak you in."

"Your dad won't go crazy and kick me out butt naked?" Alex grinned.

"Ha-ha, you're hilarious. Come on let's go. Papa Bai is already asleep you conspicuously shameless husband."
