Their time passed like the blink of an eye. Eureka would sometimes stop their training in order to let them rest. But it was not constant. Sometimes it would be a week at times in three weeks. And yet not one of them noticed the passage of time as they concentrate with the training.

The heat that Raven felt became intense everyday. It's like his whole body would be thrown into a pit of fire then slowly that pit of fire would rise in temperature. When Eureka would stop their training he felt completely numb from the pain, and yet he can also feel how the fire within him becomes purer and purer.

For Mamoru and Karen, as time passed by, the rocks felt like the earth itself. Like everything is trying to squash them. Whenever they would feel like they'd really be squashed, the rocks would lift a little allowing them to breath. Their bones and muscles felt sore every time they rest. But whenever they walk they could feel the ground on their feet pulsating as if they can feel it breathing.

Hideyoshi and Theo would be the only ones who would have visible wounds on their bodies every time they rest. The wind that's trying to shred them into pieces. At times the pain was so intense that they just wanted to end it, but before they could do so, they felt like the wind would subside. As if something is pacifying it, allowing them to adjust once again.

Feena would lose her voice whenever they rest. It was always her lungs or her throat that is being damaged during the training. Every time they train she would always feel like she would fall deeper and deeper in the depths of the ocean. Whenever she felt like she could no longer breath, she would feel that somehow a bubble would appear enveloping her, giving her oxygen before it would pop, this gives her more time to fight on.

What's puzzling for Azusa is whenever Eureka would wake them, she would always go straight to her room and lock herself inside, at times whenever she comes home and see Eureka, what she could see is a tired face. Like she had been using too much energy.

And now, a whole year have passed. Other than their parents, Akihiro and Kaoru no other person have seen all of them except for Azusa.

"You're here," Eureka said as Kaoru entered the house.

"You seem tired," was his comment upon seeing her.

"Are you done?" Eureka instead asked.

"I just finished. The last part was truly tricky, it took me longer than I expected."

"Before that, I need you to do something again."

"Another favor? You kept asking me for favors and your not even repaying it. Do you think my ability is just like those shields and barriers? No it is a precious one and you keep using it to nonsensical things that-" Eureka didn't talk but stared at him with a poker face.

Kaoru could only sigh and surrender, "What do you need this time?"

"I need a box seal in the basement."

The box seal was the seal within the inner hall of the castle. It does not allow any ability to penetrate within but at the same time won't allow what's happening inside to be known in the outside.

"I still don't understand why you asked one to be placed in your room, and now you want me to put one in the basement?"

"They're almost done. The only problem would be the burst of energy once they succeed. I can't let that burst be known outside. We still don't know if we still have enemies within the kingdom."

"I see, then can I start now? Will I not disturb them?"

"No, they're concentrating so much that they wouldn't notice it at all."

They went down and Kaoru was completely shocked upon seeing the energies flowing from all six of them.

(Are these kids still the same as those from one year ago? I can completely say that the energy surrounding them is much purer,) Kaoru thought as he started working on the seal.

"Are you sure that this would really work?" Akihiro asked nervously.

"I wouldn't have tasked Kaoru to study it if I am just a little bit not sure, your highness," Eureka seriously replied.

"But there's just one thing I'm really curious about," Akihiro faced Haruka who is sitting in front of them.

"What's your ability?"

Haruka grinned. Despite having no memories she is proud of herself that she was able to keep quiet about it all this time.

"What do you think?" Haruka asked in return.

"Don't make me guess that's a very difficult thing to do."

"Why do you think would I have to search for Kaoru who has the seal ability just to seal my ability and hide my identity?"

"I don't know."

"You're no fun at all. The only reason a seal ability exist is because of what?"

"Because of Magma and Ice… ICE!!"

Akihiro held her shoulders, "You're the Ice ability user? I thought there's no inheritor this time?"

"My father kept quiet about it. But it is also the reason why that Gato wanted to marry me."

"You truly are too much. Are you saying that currently this kingdom is holding the two greatest abilities?"

Suddenly his eyes grew wide then he slowly looked at Eureka.

"What are their sickness?"

"Energy defficiency," knowing what he means, Eureka answered.

"Then the reason why we need Haruka is because..."

"Yes, your highness. We need the two of you."

"Isn't this family a little bit too much?" Akihiro couldn't help but exclaim. If word about this would be out then what will happen.

"It's too much indeed. But with what we are about to face. It's completely a plus on our side. Anyway we have to begin now. Go on Kaoru," Eureka answered.

Kaoru stepped forward and started chanting the chant Eureka had taught him. The same chant he had been practicing for the past year. Slowly light illuminated from his hands. He then placed it at the back of Haruka and continued the chant. Repeating it ten times in a row.

Haruka felt the energy that once disappeared within her started flowing once again. The whole place started getting colder. And the chair that she is sitting on started freezing.

After who knows how long, she had finally opened her eyes and the once blue colored eyes that she has became white, as white as her hair.

She opened her palm and an icicle formed. She smiled and looked at Akihiro, "We can finally wake them, Akihiro."

Of course Akihiro have already introduced her to them. And for the past months she had been paying them a visit.

"I would like to ask you to wait until you can fully control your energy once again before we wake them up. It would be too dangerous if we rush it," Eureka commented on the side.

"I understand, I shall do my best to regain my control over it then," Haruka understanding what she meant replied.

"We'll have to explain this to the others once we all meet up once again," Akihiro said. He is happy that they could finally wake them. But at the same time scared, he never would have thought that Haruka would be this strong.

"I shall be returning to the basement now."

She didn't wait for any of them to reply before leaving.

"In the end, why do we have to do it here? You could have just done it in the castle," Akihiro asked Kaoru.

"To be honest I have no idea. But a while ago when I thought I would lose control of it, something helps me neutralize it back to the right level," Kaoru answered.

"Don't say something, I'm pretty sure it is her. I wonder when we'll know what she can do?" Akihiro answered before telling the two of them that they should be leaving as well.

Wiping the blood on the side of her lips, "To control all three at once is still difficult. And currently my body is reaching it's limit. Once this is done, I'll have to sleep for at least a month in order to bring my body back to normal. It's in tatters now."

(Ao and Zu told me that as these gets stronger my body might end up in pieces, if I don't strengthen them all then there's no point in coming here at all, for I will just die in my own hands,) she sighed thinking this way.

Her eyes went to Feena whose face is contorted, obviously in too much pain. She walked to her and clapped her hands, bringing her hand at the top of Feena's head. Soon Feena's face returned to normal. At the same time Eureka coughed up some more blood.

"I just hope they'd finish before this escalates."

This had been her routine for the past year. The only reason why she had to be there once they do this training. In reality even to the world where this training came from, only a handful was able to pass it. Most have died trying to finish it.
