According to what the system had told him when he got it, It's a type of blood that mutates with each revival on a certain individual...
It can fuse with anyone and when they die, they can be restored to a state before dying... The process takes 1 minute for the blood to mutate and restore the victim...
However, the one being restore will slowly lose his or her mind depending on how many times it had died, becoming a mentally unstable person...
This means that everything depends on the willpower of the one who consumes it in the first place, the stronger his or her will the more revivals and less the rotting effect in his mind would be...
