Zan Fu dragged his three opponents along with him as if they were cats being carried by the scruff of their necks.
Once he was at a far enough distance to where Shu Rong couldn't see what he was about to do, he landed and released the three men from his grasp.he turned around and faced his enemies with a kind, smiling expression on his face.
The three men looked at him with a shocked expression and one of them asked their leader, "Li Ruo, What just happened?"
They couldn't believe what they just experienced. Without a hint of "heaven's force" being released or felt by them, the "mortal" in front of them dragged them dowzens of meters away from their comrades. Not only that but it was done in such a way that the three of them couldn't even put up any resistance.
Li Ruo stood up straight with his fist up, ready to battle. The other two looked at each other and nodded. One of them brought out What looked like two kunais and the other brought a knife with a steel chain and ball connected to its end.
They all stood there for a second moving until finally Li Ruo struck. He ran forward and threw a jab towards Zan Fu's face. In order to avoid the punch, Zan Fu swiftly raised up his hand and knocked the fist aside.
It flew right next to his head and a powerful wind current blew onto his face due to the soles of the punch.
Right as the fist missed, Zan Fu saw from the corner of his eye the man with the ball and chain spun his weapon in circles and flung it at him. It was aimed at his right side so he reached his arm out and grabbed onto the chain. The ball stopped its movements but not for long as a kunai was suddenly thrown at him, stabbing into his arm.
Zan Fu instinctively ripped the blade out and threw it back from whence it came. But the person who threw it had already left the area. A feeling of weakness suddenly erupted from his body as the man with the knife connected to the chain charged in.
Zan Fu only needed a split second to figure out what happened. The kunai was poisoned. Luckily he had the perfect way to deal with his current predicament.
The blue energy entered into is wound and after one second Zan Fu felt his strength return. Just as the man with the knife arrived right in front of him, he was able to do a low spin kick.
The man saw his movements and jumped over his foot, only to have Zan Fu spin back up to a standing and thrust his head out in a powerful headbutt. The man reeled back in pain after he landed and flared at Zan Fu while moving back next to the kunai user.
Suddenly, Zan Fu felt a tug on his right arm and before he knew what was happening, the ball and chain left his grasp. It seemed that the real goal of the knife wielder was to get him to let his guard down so that he could reclaim his chain.
Li Ruo then appeared right next to him out of nowhere and threw out a right. Zan Fu squinted his eyes as a snicker appeared on his face.
He pushed out his own fist to intercept Li Ruo's. The force of the impact caused the other two people, who were idly standing to the side, to stagger a little.
"This is impossible, how can he possibly keep up with us?"
"This boy is definitely stronger than he appears, the poison from my kunai are barely affecting his movements."
Li Ruo gathered the other two people together next to him. After silently whispering something, all three of them began to move in a strange pattern.
Zan Fu could not understand what they were doing and brought his guard up. He carefully watched over each and every one of them to make sure that they didn't catch him unguarded. He kept switching his line of sites from one person to the other.
From Li Ruo, to the man with the knife, to the man with the kunais, back to the Li Ruo, then to the man with the kunais...
Zan Fu paused as he realized that the man with the knife was suddenly gone. He had one job! A chain appeared suddenly and wrapped itself around his neck. It pulled backed forcefully and Zan Fu lost his balance and was dragged toward the man behind him.
After being brought close enough, the man ran in quickly and shoved the knife deep into his back.
A serious expression appeared on his face after this and he donkey kicked the person behind him. He flew back to his comrades but he released his weapon. Zan Fu slid the knife out of him and threw it aside.
His face suddenly became unreadable except for the look of pity deep in his eye. Li Ruo charged in and punch him in the face, he didn't even resist the attack as his body was flung back into a man waiting there with his own kunais.
The man held it out and shoved them deep into Zan Fu's stomach as soon as he got the chance. The man could no longe feel his weapons in his hands and quickly moved away.
Li Ruo stared at Zan Fu after he stared at his own hands. His specially made ballads knuckles that could be infused with "heaven's force" and injure people even in the sixth realm had disappeared.
The weapons, with similar properties and strengthing, that his other two comrades had had disappeared as well.
Zan Fu looked at them with a cruel smile on his face, "I think that I have played more than enough with all of you."
He showed off their precious weapons in his hands and threw them to the side. Without even saying a thing, the claw began to form in his hand.
"Disappear from my sights."
Li Ruo heard a scream to his right and looked over to find his friend missing his body from the waist up. A second scream led him to find his other comrade with a chain shoved in through one ear and out the other.
Li Ruo didn't need to wait long to figure out what happened as Zan Fu appeared directly in front of him and shoved the claw deep into his guts. "I don't Like killing people, but I am no pacifist."
After finishing him off. Zan Fu threw the body aside and used the claw to fly over to where Shu Rong was. He watched as the battle went on and as soon as one of the lances pierced into her side, his anger began to rise.
He watched Shu Rong's pained expression as he began to fight back and actually defeat all but one of them.
After he was kicked aside, Zan Fu couldn't hold back anymore and jumped down from the building that he was standing on to where Shu Rong had passed out.
He stood in front of her and pointed his claw forward, "I think that's enough."
