Ion is a typical otaku: Every day he will read novels, manga, watch anime and movies, and he will also do what any other person on earth does: every day he will accomplish all the tasks he may receive from his parents, teachers and all the tasks he may receive from around him.
Today is also one such day with nothing out of ordinary.
If anything, he just received a job of cleaning outside as he was the student on duty.
As I mentioned, nothing out of the ordinary should happened today, but, he found a nice ring right on his finger size, so he picked it up, and looked for any inscription it may have.
Since the ring has no such inscription, he just placed it on his finger and went back to his work.
The rest of the day went again as usual: Finnished school, went home, eat, take a break, some homework, some novels on his phone, then got to his bead.
Interesting though, no one asked him about the ring, or even looked at it.
Well, nothing out of the ordinary happened the entire day, except that as soon as his body has fallen asleep, instead of his nonsensical dream that he may not remember at all, he arrived in a space filled with stars.
As soon as he arrived, the space in front of him distorted and a gramps in white clothes arrived in front of him.
"Who may you be and where have I arrived? "

This rings are quite special, as they have an entire world inside of them. At the center of it, there is a Sect as big as your city. In that Sect, you may walk everywhere you may want, if your strength is high enough. In other words, I placed restrictions on all the areas, and only after reaching a certain level can one explore the entire world. Right now, you have access to the center of that sect, where I placed a lake. That lake is filled with spiritual energy, also known as qi. To travel to the other areas, you need to become stronger. I will impart to you a cultivation techniques that will give you a stable foundation and aptitude for all the elements in the omniverse: fire, water, wind, earth, metal, wood, lightning, holy and demonic. This cultivation technique is named "Apex Cultivation Seeker". Are there any questions? " asked the being
"Why do you not speak in a logical manner, but in a complicated one? " asked Ion.
"It is because I wanted to see if you could follow my logic line. One of the wilders could not, so I deemed him as having brain damage"
"So in short, you want us to cultivate, but what are we going to do after we rich a certain level? "
"If there are more then one that will rich the apex, then I will let you both to decide if you want to share the omniverse, or would you like to fight for it"
Then can I give this cultivation technique to somebody else too?"
"And why would you do that? "
"I don't want to stay alone at the apex, and I would like to take my family and friends with me"
"You can not give this particular cultivation technique to enyone else, but once you achieve Mortal Core Realm, you will have access to the cultivation techniques section in the library inside the ring. It is up to you when you will acces it and if you would even impart any cultivation technique to anyone else."
"Is there a time ratio inside the ring? "

In your world, a second is equal to 24 hours inside the ring, and the ring also has a an option of creating clones that would replace everyone that stayes inside the ring for the entire duration, in such a way that you can immerse yourself in cultivation there.
