Rei was in a happy mood as he travelled toward's the clear sky clan. Having slaughtered an army after such a long time felt ecstatic for Rei. It was akin to receiving water in the desert.
'Should I search for them myself? No, I don't want to leave Bai Wu alone for too long. Though I hope they would approach us every so often.' Rei thought as he dashed through the air. Rei couldn't help but smile thinking about it.
'Thinking about all of this really makes me feel like I'm back to years ago when I first reincarnated.' Rei thought.
'Lei, have you finished?' Rei could hear Bai Wu's voice as it cut of his own musings.
'Yeah I'm coming back now.' Rei said as he sped up.
It didn't take long for Rei to return as he saw Bai Wu waiting for him. Landing softly, Rei caught Bai Wu who launched herself onto him for a hug.
"Welcome back." She said as she gave him a kiss.
"Un I'm back, how is the spars against the disciples?" Rei asked.
"Well I got used to their attacks now. They mostly follow the same rule and it's becoming predictable." Bai Wu said.
"Seem's like you learnt what you could from this clan. Let's return home." Rei said as Bai Wu widened her eyes in excitement.
"I wonder what our lake looks like now? Has anyone found it I wonder..." She asked with a smile.
"I doubt anyone would find it since I laid an barrier around it." Rei said as they made their way to the main hall.
"Tang Hu." Rei said as he got the clear sky douluo's attention.
"Hm? Rei. I presume you've finished on your side." The clear sky douluo said.
"Indeed, with that I owe you nothing anymore." Rei said as he left the hall with Bai Wu.
"Hold on, I know you did this for the favour. But thank you for helping my fiend." The clear sky douluo said as Rei only nodded to the statement.
Walking away from the clan, Bai Wu hummed joyfully as she walked next to Rei.
"What's got you this excited?" Rei asked curious.
"Hehe~ Just happy about going home after this long." Bai Wu grinned.
"..." Rei stared at Bai Wu.
Bai Wu paused slightly at his stare.
"Bai Wu..." Rei said.
"Yes?" She replied nervously.
"You have that lecherous grin again. You're thinking about dirty thoughts aren't you?" Rei said.

Rei chuckled as he leaned near her ear.
"Though I'm not against some lecherous ideas, wait till we get home ok?" Rei said as he continued to walk.
"Fufufufu" Bai Wu chuckled slightly with a grin as she followed after Rei.
Bai Wu had a slight skip in her step as she followed Rei. Rei however, had an uncomfortable feeling as if something bad was about to happen soon.
"Eh? Lei, your eyes." Bai Wu said as she looked at Rei.
"What about my eyes?" Rei asked.
"One of them is yellow...?" (・・ ) ? Bai Wu said as she looked at Rei's iris.
"Are you sure? My eye has always been red it can't go yellow." Rei said as he shook his head. Waving his hand, Rei made a small puddle of water float up before freezing it. Looking into the makeshift mirror, Rei could see his right eye slowly change between yellow and red. His pupil however, was conflicting between a a normal dot to a dragon like slit in the centre before going back to normal as if it never happened.
'System! Do you know anything about this?!' Rei said in his mind as he frowned. His eye had returned to normal but he knew he saw the change.
[Unable to analyse. Sending data to main system.....Report received, no abnormalities could be detected.]
Rei frowned at the system analysis.
"Hmm it might just be a mutation with my samsara eye essence spirit." Rei said as he dismissed the mirror.
"Come on." Rei said turning to Bai Wu with a smile.
"Well if you're fine then that good." Bai Wu sighed in relief as she followed Rei.
'Though I think I saw white part turn black for a moment...' Bai Wu thought as she eventually dismissed the thought.
Eve was frowning as she saw this play out. She was taking a break when she felt the system ring out as Rei's system sent out data.
Reading the data, Eve couldn't see anything deviate from Rei's normal status. Everyone has what you would call a code in the system, and any extensions/skills/add ons can be seen easily. However, this privilege was only avaliable for Eve as she came from the main system. Even the system god wouldn't be able to see this since he wasn't truly 'apart' of the system.
Due to this having to do with Rei, Eve spent extra time looking at the Rei's code.
"Skill check, normal. Physical check, normal. Soul check, normal. Mentality check, normal. Genetic code check, normal. Status check, normal. Hmmm.....Everything is normal so what is that change with baka Rei's eye...." Eve muttered as she continued to check through the system. While it looked like she was cultivating outside, her mind was connected with the system which means that her time was faster than anyone else's right now. She could be checking the system for a few years and only a few minutes to hours would have passed in the higher realms.
"Hmmm, system. Help me sort out the codes into categories. Mainly physical, mental, soul, energy and skills please." Eve called out as she felt an headache reading all of the codes.
[Understood.] The system replied as the codes reshuffled themselves.
"Thanks, now let's see..." Eve muttered as she checked the codes.
"Hmm, I can edit some of his codes?!" Eve said slightly shocked.
[System must warn Eve to not tamper with the codes too much. As a single mistake no matter how small can cause a malfunction with Rei's body.]
"Tsk, so I can't boost Rei's stats too much." Eve clicked her tongue as she looked at the other codes.
"Hmm, I should be able to increase some aspects a little right?" Eve asked.

Eve smiled as a holographic keyboard appeared before her.
"Hmm, decrease energy use slightly, increase efficiency slightly, increase energy reserve slightly and hm? Ehh?! I can increase the effectiveness of Rei's ring aging slightly!" Eve said surprised at the freedom she has with the system.
[Warning to Eve. You are not able to edit other people's codes like Rei's as they aren't as compatible with Rei. You are also not able to add what isn't there so no skill add ons.]
"So I can't edit other people, can't add what's there or remove it. But I can change their effectiveness." Eve said.

Seeing her finished work, Eve exited as she resumed to practice. But as she left a string words stretched across the screen.

Looking at his hand, Rei could feel his reserves increase slightly.

"Hm? Nothing, just my energy reserves increased a little." Rei said as he resumed their journey home.
