"Yes, please teach me corpse explosion, system!"

[Ding! Encoding for corpse explosion has just begun…. Estimated time for completion of corpse explosion is 3 minutes and 22 seconds… However, hosts challenge has already begun!]

"I noticed…" Duncan stepped on a rock, and then thousands of paths showed up with different types of monsters standing and killing on each path…

In each of them, humans were being killed by the monsters, and… occasionally, they'd offer Duncan the meat…

They were see through, and this appeared to be a hall of history…

However, wormy chose one path, and immediately died because a gigantic explosion burst him into smithereens…

"No summons on the first challenge, but… all other necromancer skills are permitted!"

The old man's voice rung in his ears, and… what did he do without his summons…

He birthed as a necromancer!

There laid his wormy on the floor, and… did reanimate corpse count as a summon?

Two skeletons were summoned and immediately exploded…

[Ding! System is detecting a series of mysterious vibrations on the 102nd path where a lady appears to be fighting a man on the mountain… System is redirecting arrows towards that path…]

"Thanks system…" Duncan had one minute left until corpse explosion finished fully downloading, and… this challenge clearly provided many dead bodies for corpse explosion…

If someone only succeeded once every thousand years, and there was over one thousand dead bodies around him… he didn't dare do the math, but… that beautiful lady won the battle, and she appeared to be the only human victor on all the paths…

In 999 paths out of 1000, the humans were devoured and shared by the monsters in various battles he'd heard about in his history class.

These were pivotal battle in human history, and Duncan went towards the one winning human which didn't seem like a good idea…

If he'd chosen without the system, he also would have chosen this path... but a lingering fear traveled up his chest because this made so much sense...

Clearly, it made sense to choose the unique one with the winning girl, however, he felt doubtful because it made the most sense… Hence, he walked down this path after much deliberation and tried his best to ignore the bloodshed…

He tread the path lightly and carefully until finally a light appeared in the darkness of the cave..

He appeared to have come to a room with some sort of story on the wall, and he felt the desire to read it…

After all, he could read the Nether language because he had to be trained in it for the competition, and transcendents could learn really fast... Hence, a little goblin hit him in the back with a book as he looked up at the wall...

He turned around as a series of swords grew out of its back, and… those swords floated through his body as the goblin ran down the hallway…

[Ding! It is recommended that host chase that goblin, and not read what is on the wall…]

[It appears that goblin is holding a glowing book, and… phoenix has once again leveled up!]

"Ugh! How could I possibly pass this without you, system!"

[Ding! It appears this challenge is not meant to be passed easily, but the chances of passing the challenge are .0000000000000001 percent…]

[Congratulations! Host has finished downloading corpse explosion, and… it appears you are being watched…]

[The gods of the netherworlds never ever congregate, and it appears host is doing something never done before…]

"Well… I do have a system, and… you're right there are no dead bodies…" Duncan sprang his feet to his fastest tempo, and with his wings he caught up to that goblin…

It turned around with fright and its bloodshot eyes met Duncan's fist…

He swung through it, and a little dash of blood landed on the wall…

[Ding! Host has acquired 30,000 experience for killing an illusion beetle…]

[Host has leveled up!]

[Host has leveled up!]

"What…" A squishy feeling was left behind as Duncan walked forward down the pathway, and… when he punched he accidently stepped on the bug…

None of this made absolutely any sense, and… now Enna and Nyla were dancing in front of him…

In recent days, he began to think of Enna as part of his family…

She was a devil, and Nyla became his wife…

They seemed to fuse into one person, and a glowing skill book appeared in front of him…

[Ding! Host is recommended to not touch that book no matter what, or will face dire consequences!]

Duncan's hand already touched the book, and a corpse began smiling in the air…

A bright light began to shine in his face like something was about to explode, and… Enna smiled and then he felt a sharp pain stab into his chest…
