Torin gently put her down like she was a precious porcelain and ran hastily to buy a pregnancy test. Mrs. Jang shook her head as she commented, "Look at that man… We can ask the helper to buy the pregnancy kit. What's with him running like that?"
Lyra chuckled and she felt her mother-in-law held her hand as they walked inside their house.
Torin finally arrived with different brands of pregnancy test kits and he handed them all to his wife with a broad smile on his face.
"You're too excited!" Lyra commented with a grin before she entered their bathroom.
"What is it?" Torin asked from outside as he waited. Lyra rolled her eyes as she complained, "Wait okay… I can't pee yet. It's not coming out."
She was having mixed emotions that she could not make herself pee at that moment. 'Geez, how come I can't pee!' Lyra mused impatiently as she sat on the toilet bowl and waited.
Torin opened the door and handed her a bottle of water and said, "Here drink more so you can pee a lot and try all the kits."
Lyra pouted her lips as she grabbed, opened and drank all the water in the bottle. She was frustrated that she could not pee at such a crucial moment. She stood up and went out of the bathroom.
Torin stared at her and asked, "Positive?" Lyra crumpled her face and answered, "I can't pee okay!"
She walked towards their bed and sat while she meditated her body to pee. Torin was about to hand her another bottle of water but Lyra's eyes widened as she hissed, "No! My stomach is already turning upside down! I'm so bloated with water! I feel like vomiting any moment..."
Torin smiled, scratched his head and sat beside her. "Alright let's wait more until you feel the urge to pee…" he said with an understanding tone.
