Blinding light shrouded a room with a grand table that seemed to be its centerpiece. The table had carvings of illustrious dragons that if one were to look closely seemingly made roaring motions. As the light faded two figures could be made out within the light. One was somewhat small and petite with her companion of taller and more robust stature.

These two were, of course, May and Taf who had made it back after the now concluded trial. As their eyes became adjusted to their new scenery a figure could be made out sitting around the grand dragon-filled table. The figure looked somewhat middle age but still had a resemblance to Mr. Lou. It could be said that his being possessed could be a blessing in disguise as his body that was old and feeble, now seemed quite nourished and renewed.

Alestar grinned as he saw the two now fresh back from the trial.

"Now that was exciting wasn't it?"

He stated as he eyed the two walking to take a seat.

"Well, I nearly died but sure other than that it was quite exciting…"

Taf could only roll his eyes as he heard the words of Draconian Alestar that still grinned after the words were spoken.

"Come now I would think you would relish the chance to concur such a minor heaven's tribulation. It seemed to be the right ending for the first of your meager task. One could say even glimpsing at the broader picture you somewhat discovered in what way this inherent art of yours might come in handy…"

As he spoke his last words he saw the slight changes in the expression of the two…

" You knew about Taf discovering his inherent art beforehand?"

May asked a bit surprised that this information was known by the Draconian Alestar.

" There are not many things happening on this plane that can escape these eyes of mine...

He then answered quite nonchalantly as he sipped on a beverage he had twirling within a glass.

" So it isn't an anomaly me receiving my inherent art so early?"

Taf too chimed in as he probed for answers to this question that had plagued his mind...

" Hehe, Not at all. On the contrary, if you hadn't received it by now that would have been the anomaly. Within the World of Gods, it is the norm to receive your inheritance by the latter stages of the Qi condensation realm. This, of course, is dependent on the pureness of the bloodline you have at your disposal."

The more Alestar spoke the two got slight insights into the caliber of persons within the World of Gods. He took note of the glimmer in their eyes and could only chuckle a bit as he had some inclines of the thoughts that were going through their minds at the moment.

"Eh Em"

A cough was heard in the room and the culprit was Taf himself.

" Before you spoke of some form of reward for the completion of each trial. Seeing that I nearly died I think it wouldn't be too impolite to bring up this small matter. "

He uttered as he looked across the table where Draconian Alestar seemed as though he had been waiting for the young lad to instigate this line of conversation.

" So you finally asked about that. I was wondering when you would have broached the topic. Since you did your part of the agreement it would be only fitting that received what you were promised. "

As Draconian Alestar spoke a vile with blue liquid was summoned within his hands. It seemed cold and frosty as its translucent exterior exuded a slight mist.

" This blue vile contains an ancient ice phoenix blood."

When the two saw the vile and then heard the words that were spoken they were both taken aback. Though they might not be as startled as they might have been a year ago, after all, a God who was also a dragon was actually right before them. These words, however, caused them to yearn even more to venture into the world of God's.

" Are Phoenix a common demon beast within the World of Gods?"

May had a curious gaze as she sought to understand the origins of the blue blood...

" Hehe, the World of God has many magnificent beasts but even it has its limitations. The Phoenix is one of the rarest and most powerful beasts in existence.

Even at my peak, I could only dream of putting a scratch on such a beast.."

Taf became a bit puzzled so he saw it fit to clarify the thoughts in his mind..

" So since it so powerful and rare wouldn't this vile of blood cause Gods to riots if its existence was made known."

He went on to say as the vile seemed even more precious as the seconds went by. A smirk started to form at the side of Alestar's face.

" Aren't you wondering how I got my hands on it?"

His proud smirk continued to build as his words were uttered...

" Yes, I am quite curious as to how you obtained it. Before you stated it was nearly impossible for you to leave a scratch on a phoenix. So how then would you obtain something so precious as its blood? My guess is that it is some form of family heirloom. Passed down from the generations and this is how you manage to have it in your possession.

After sifting through all the plausible explanation, Taf then spoke of one of the possible theories. Right now he was just fishing for the correct conclusion. His words didn't seem to face the Draconian too much as he listened.

" What if I told you I stole it along with a few items from one of the most powerful of clans back in the world of Gods.

Hehe, To this day I assume there is still a bounty on my head for my supposed crimes. The moment I step foot on those lands I will the prize kill of many..."

Alestar laughed as he spoke. if anyone had seen his action but did not hear his words they would have assumed that there was a joke been given by the Draconian. While he spoke Taf remembered something and wonder if they might be connected..

" So is this related to that orb of Nebis that had been the reason you were chased by that Archangel and Demigod?"

How could he forget what had happened in that dream? Alestar had been engaged in a life and death battle with the two over that said item. Barely fleeing with his life as he had entered this same plane.

It seemed the question was expected by the Draconian as there was not much changed in his expression. This behavior would be deemed normal it is assumed by the two teens. From his words in their first meeting, his age was far beyond their imagination. Wouldn't it then be odd if he was phased by every small remark like they were? The things seen and experience in his life would surely have tempered him into a calm being that could weather any storm.

" It is but that's all you will be made aware of for now. As things stand this vile of blood though has some slight effect upon a Demi-God it would be deemed a waste to be used on someone at my level. I know you must be wondering why."

He stated as he saw the puzzled expressions that they two had on display.

" It is quite simple, the higher that one seeks to climb the less valuable are things such as fortuitous encounters. Ones, Insights, comprehension, laws and inherent bloodline are all. At that stage your bloodline becomes fixed and any other external blood might even cause adverse effects.

From all that I have stated I am sure you have garnered that it is then most useful at the earlier stages of cultivation.

This vile of blood full effect will only be in effect if given do one of you. So May are you ready?"

The Draconian ended by saying...
