Cheng Ming-hùa opened his eyes still nescient of his surroundings. The room was dim and quiet. It seemed to him that he was alone but when he was about to stand up, the blanket that covered him fell lightly on the floor, then he saw the peaceful countenance the woman in front of him had, fast asleep, her hand fell limply on her waist. This made him recall the events that happened earlier on.
'It seems that she slept patting me on the head...was it delibirate?' he thought.
He took a look at his watch, it was 3 in the morning which meant that he slept for 6 hours. He stayed for a few minutes studyimg the face of his personal assistant. She was quite a mysterious woman. He had tried to get a hold of some information regarding her but found nothing much but a clean record. Her parents weren't in the record, which to him, was confusing. Soon, he walked out of the room and drove back to his house.

"Anna...."
"yeah?"
"you know you can't do this to me.."
"hmmm?"
"please get off me.."
"so...?"
"ughh fine...I'll let you out.."
"out where?"
"Anna Lin, I will allow you to be fully discharged from the hospital. Bear in mind we will not be held responsible what happens thereafter"

"now will you let me go?" Dr. Derek pleaded as Hui Yin let go of his arm which was about to break from pain.
It all happened a few hours ago...
Hui Yin woke up finding Mr. Cheng not in the room anymore. She ate her breakfast and rested. After a few more hours of resting, she decided that it would be too boring to stay in the room anylonger, leading to the current situation
" you do know you'll have to sign an AMA form saying you'll be discharged against medical charge?"
"yes, I'm a doctor remember?"
"you WERE a doctor"
"shut up"
Derek sighed in frustration "if you weren't my best friend, I would've restrained you with straps right now and called for phsychiatry"
"well, too bad I am and you couldn't do anything" she retorted
"shut up Yin"
Hui Yin glared at him. Yes, he knew her real identity. It was somewhere around the time when both of them were interns

"Anna, you called for me?"
"yeah. Look at this, the patient's vitals are erratic, pupils dilated...she's showing signs of cardiac arrest."
"so..? can't you deal with this?"
Beep Beep Beep
"the patient is coding!"
"alright push 1 cc of epi" Hui Yin said "then 5 ml of amiodarone. I need that defibrillator!!"

"Hey, are you okay?" Derek asked her in the locker room. Her arms on her lap and her hands on her face "it's not your fault the patient died"
"I know...it's just *sobs* I was too late..." she cried
"calm down now"
"yeah, just..give me a minute"

"Hey, Anna, your pager's ringing"
"ughh..yeah.. I'm coming"
Hui Yin got up, leaving her coat behind. She ran towards another patient's room. Derek felt buzzing and saw someone calling her phone.
"hello?"
"Hui Yin? Honey, this is daddy. Are you alright?"
"...."
"Hui Yin? Do you want to come back home? stop your identity as Anna if it's too hard for you already alright?"
".....I'm sorry Mr.. uh..She's not here"
"Who are you?"
" Her colleague, sir"
