Fortunately, I just needed to go to the third floor, so I rushed as fast as I could. The on-duty nurse there had fallen asleep, cupping her cheek at the desk.

After the door closed, inside this room was only Murong Shan Shan and me left. That was when I thought myself as ridiculous. I went to see a patient with empty hands, not even bringing any flowers.
Since yesterday, I had only slept for 4 hours, and my head was aching like hell. I looked around at the room which was quite simple. Except for the bed, there was just a TV and a few chairs.
Murong Shan Shan was fast asleep. I took a chair next to the bed. It seemed tonight I could only sleep leaning on the bedside. With the cold, I really missed my warm bed…
Apparently, my movement was too loud. Murong Shan Shan frowned and still with her eyes closed, she said, “Cocoa, please get me a glass of water. Thank you~!”
I didn’t answer but just poured water in the glass and put it on the nightstand. Then I sat down and said, “It’s on the nightstand. Can you get it yourself, or should I get it for you?”
