The two cultivators who were supposed to sacrifice themselves by deflecting their bodies in order to save the Han Valley chief were astounded by what happened next.

Three streaking arrows penetrated the bandit boss' back while the four other bandits were successively pierced with sharp arrows each.

All the bandits, thus, were instantly stunned by the sudden arrow strikes.

And what surprised the Han Valley cultivators all the more was that when they tried to glimpse at the direction of the source of the attack, they could not seem to see anyone.

Again, it was the 'Hawkeye' skill that helped Qai to have an otherworldly capability with his archery and made him somewhat invincible when it came to long range attacks.

Unfortunately, the Han Valley cultivators were not able to exploit the turn of events as the bandits were able to slowly recover from the shock.

But Qai was quick to notice it and began to unleash once again successive arrow attacks.

'Swooosh,' 'swooosh,' 'swooosh,' 'swooosh,' 'swooosh.'

'Baaam,' 'baaam,' 'baaam,' 'baaam,' baaam.'

This time, the boss bandit was only hit with one shot—although it was enough for Chief Xing Yi to capitalize on it as she followed it up with her 'Burgeon,' with a quick release of the 'Wooden Beam' on all sides.

'Booom,' 'booom,' 'booom,' 'booom.'

Those timely attacks quickly staggered the bandit boss.

The two other Han Valley cultivators who also woke up from shock, did the same to their opponents as they made the most out of the unexpected help.

They did not care who did the arrow damage—as long as the arrows targeted the bandits, the unknown cultivator must be on their side.

But the big question mark was easily answered when Shandian suddenly appeared out of nowhere and attacked one of the bandits who appeared to be the weakest.

'Roooaaaaar.'

The black tiger landed on the ground after slaying the bandit with its 'Lightning Claws' sharply cutting through the bandit's neck. It stood fiercely and appeared to make his next move on to the next target.

The bandits' reaction was totally indescribable as they were getting confused by the sudden shift of tides as they instantly lost one of their comrades.

"'The Hunters' Plateau'!?"

"The Shu family is here," one of the Han Valley cultivators exclaimed as they could easily tell that the lightning black tiger was more or less one of the Shu family's demonic beasts.

Chief Xing Yi's face suddenly brightened up and began to relentlessly attack the bandit boss.

The other two cultivators also gained their momentum and charged forth to their respective enemies.

Shandian was quick on its feet as it prevented one of the bandits from making any move by simply leaping to front of the bandit.

And because Shandian this time would not be able to employ a surprise attack, Qai finally made his appearance by suddenly attacking Shandian's opponent from behind.

'Thud,' 'thud,' 'thud,' 'thud,' 'thud,' 'thud,' 'thud,' 'thud,' 'thud,' 'thud,' 'thud,' 'thud.'

A dozen of swift strikes from Qai's 'Thunder Fists' evidently made the bandit unable to retaliate. It was a shameless move but it certainly was effective.

The punched were not highly powerful but the plurality made the bandit cower which gave way for Shandian to sneakily activate its own powerful skill—'Thunderbolt.'

Dark formation of clouds suddenly appeared from above which surprised everyone so much so that for a moment, they halted their fights to take a look at what was about to happen. Thereafter, a powerful lightning strike was discharged from the clouds rushing its way to the bandit.

'Kagggzzzggzzzt.'

It directly hit the targeted bandit to the surprise of everyone.

"What!?"

And even if the bandit seemed to be already dead, Qai and Shandian still ignominiously attacked the enemy many times trying to ascertain his death to the core. And with it, the Han Valley now outnumbered the bandits.

The situation evidently made the bandits lose some hopes while the it gave some vigor to the Han Valley side.

Qai picked up the spatial rings of the two slain bandits and tried to peek at what the bandits were actually hauling—even up close, he had no idea what they actually were.

Qai then simply stood on one side together with Shandian as if they intended to simply watch with his 'Hawkeye' skill activated—although in truth, with the death of the two other bandits, the Han Valley could now easily dispatch the remaining.

And indeed, as if the two other cultivators finally had the opportunity to showcase their own strength since it became a one on one battle, they bullied the bandits with ease.

'Wabooom.'

'Boooom,' 'boooom,' 'boooom.'

The same thing was happening in the battle between the two leaders. Chief Xing Yi had earlier gained the edge of the fight—thanks to the sudden appearance of the arrows which petrified the enemy. And now it was as if she was on her way to topple the bandit boss once and for all.

'Baaam,' 'baaam.'

'Wagabooom.'

The Han Valley cultivators got some cue from Qai that it was alright to be shameless at times as they did the same to the bandits by relentlessly attacking even if they already appeared to be dead.

Surprisingly, they even went further—probably out of vengeance—that they did not stop attacking until they themselves were finally exhausted.
